Demolition of concrete in ground floor and pavings n.exc 15cm thick (un reinforced) (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls incl raking joint hacking for key ,scrubbing down with water etc all as directed.

M&L Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick(square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match,over and Incuding 15mm thick screed bed with CM 1:6 complete in floor for receive the tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shutters and refixing in same opening of any description exc 1 Sqm but not exc 2 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thcik PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (20mm graded stone aggregate), finished concrete surfaces even and rough to receive floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for granite (of any type) work 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillar, window cills, cooking platforms and like in CM 1:4 including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing etc including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rounding to edges of granite slabs one edge such as in steps, cooking platforms and other similar situations complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for glazed ceramic tiles coloured of size 300 x 250 mm x 7 mm / 450 x 350 x 7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colour cement to match including provision of screed bed 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of silent Diesel Engine Drives Generating Set, 415 Volts, 30 KVA, 3 Phase, 4 wire, 0.8 Power Factor, 50 Hz, 1500 RPM MoEF certified power 42 bhp, 2 cylinder in line 4 stroke radiator cooled engine, self excited, self regulated brushless AC generator suitable for ambient conditions complete with sound proof canopy as per CPCB norms, 12 Volts 88 Ah battery, Control panel for automatic starting on main failure installed on cement concrete foundation as per recommendation of manufacturer and 60 cm above ground level complete all as specified in description given below and directed. (a) Diesel Engine : Diesel engine suitable BHP at 1500 RPM multi cylinder 4 stroke, water cooled, Electrical starter motor with soft start engagement feature, Coolant heater, Oil drain pump, Heavy duty air cleaner, Electronic Governing, Optimised turbocharger for increased altitude capabilities, Standard integral set-mounted radiator system, designed and tested for 50°C ambient temperature etc and conforming too ISO 3046 / BS 5514 capable of taking 10% over loading for one hour after 12 hour of continuous operation. The engine shall be fitted complete with all the required accessories. Data Logging : Engine Hours, Control Hours and upto 5 recent fault codes Configurable glow plug control, 12 Volt DC operation, Sleep mode, Modbus interface (RS485 RTU), InPower compatible (PC based service tool). (ii) Automatic starting on main failure as per the manufacturer standard practice and specification complete with Aluminum bus bars with suitable capacity with incoming/outgoing terminals Indicating lamps for ‘Load ON’ and ‘Set Running’. (iii) Instrument fuses duly wired and ferruled. (iv) Circuit breakers of suitable rating with overload and short circuit protections.

(c) Alternator : Synchronous alternator rated at 30 KVA, 415 Volts at 1500 RPM 3 phase 50 Hz, AC supply, Brushless type, Screen protected, Revolving field, Self excited alternator conforming to IS/IEC 60034-1, Compact design with sealed bearings and ƒImpregnation on all wound components suitable for tropical conditions and with class F/H insulations. (d) Mounting Arrangement : Engine and alternator shall be mounted on a common MS fabricated base frame with AVM pads. Base frame with integral fuel tank shall be provided with drain plug, air vent, inlet and outlet connection, level indicator and provision for cleaning. (e) Fuel Tank : Daily service fuel tank of capacity as per manufacturer standard specification fabricated out of MS sheet complete with all standard accessories and fuel piping between fuel tank and diesel engine with MS class C pipe of suitable dia complete with valves. (f) Exhaust System : Dry exhaust manifold with hospital exhaust silencer and catalytic converter. (g) Starting System : 12 V/24 V starting system comprising of starter motors, voltage regulator and arrangement for initial excitation complete with suitable Nos of batteries (88 Amp hour capacity lead acid type) as required as per specification.

(h) Acoustic Enclosure : Specially designed to meet stringent CPCB norms of 75 dBA @ 1mtr at 75% load under free field conditions.
