Taking down existing defective led street/security/flood/post top light fittings of any description and type from pole/ walls of buildings of any height complete, after disconnecting the electrical connections and re-fixing the same in position after replacement of defective parts and accessories including connecting up and testing for satisfactory functioning, complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Replacement of spares and connected items shall be measured and paid as supply only under relevant item of schedule. (ii) Replacement of unserviceable spare parts/ accessories of the light fittings and replacement of brackets required for defective light fittings shall be measured and paid separately at supply only rates under relevant items of this schedule. (iii) Replacement of screws, nuts, bolts and consumables shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted and no extra payment shall be allowed. (iv) Contractor or his representative will attend unserviceable street light/faulty complaints and ensure completion of fault at the earliest . (v) All tools and plants,ladder required shall be brought by the contractor to the site and rate quoted shall deem to include for the same also.

Supply only high energy efficent constant current electronic driver suitable for 230v,50hz, LED street light fitting 30-45 Watts LED luminaires, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only high energy efficent constant current electronic driver suitable for 230v,50hz, LED street light fitting 60-72 Watts LED luminaires, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only high energy efficent constant current electronic driver suitable for 230v,50hz, LED street light fitting 90-150 Watts LED luminaires, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only surge protection device for outdoor LED fittings of 10KV complete all as specified and directed.

S & F loop in- loop out fuse junction (SMC) box of internal dimension 250 x 250 x 150mm made out of FRP sheet and locking screw fitted with and incl 0.5 Amps MCB - 1 No, 20 Amps rated 4 way connectors for 3 phase and neutral incoming/out going, mounted in the box, fixing on any type of l poles including necessary clamps, suitable glands,Connector , lugs and GI nut and bolts including taking down old unserviceable junction box complete all as specified and directed.Make : Sintex, Cat No : GSJB. 2525 or techno-commercially equivalent in Hensel/OBO/National

Supply and fix in repair 40mm bore GI pipe bracket bent to shape drilled welded made out of light grade GI Pipe 1.2 mtr long for fixing of street light fitting of any type and description including suitable size of MS clamps, nuts, bolts & washers including two coat of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer after taking down old serviceable one complete all as specified & directed. complete all as specified & directed.Note Clamps & nut bolts will be measured and seperately under respective item.

Ditto- all as per item No. 8 here in before but 32mm dia bore GI pipe bracket complete all as specified & directed.

Fixing only LED Street lights of any wattage on pole/ walls of buildings of any height complete, after disconnecting the electrical connections of old UNSV fitting and re-fixing the new LED Street light fitting in position including connecting up and testing for satisfactory functioning, complete all as specified and directed. Note:(i) Old UNSV fitting will be deposited to store. (ii) labour and transportation charges of fitting from Store yard of GE Gomantak to site of fixing is deemd to be included in the quoted rate.

Fixing only LED flood lights of any wattage on pole/ walls of buildings of any height complete, after disconnecting the electrical connections of old UNSV fitting and re-fixing the new LED flood light fitting in position including connecting up and testing for satisfactory functioning, complete all as specified and directed. Note:(i) Old UNSV fitting will be deposited to store. (ii) labour and transportation charges of fitting from Store yard of GE Gomantak to site of fixing is deemd to be included in the quoted rate.

Fixing only Post top lanterns/Bollard lights(garden light) of any wattage complete, after disconnecting the electrical connections of old UNSV fitting and re-fixing the new post top light fitting/bollard light fitting in position including connecting up and testing for satisfactory functioning, complete all as specified and directed. Note:(i) Old UNSV fitting will be deposited to store. (ii) labour and transportation charges of fitting from Store yard of GE Gomantak to site of fixing is deemd to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply and fix high density polyethylene pipes of pressure rating 6 kgf/cm2 ( HDPE) of size 20 mm bore having pressure rating 6kgf/sqcm. (for street light cable protection from SMC box to LED fitting)

Supply and fix Prestressed concrete pole, 9.0 metres long, 102mm x 172mm at top and 1022mm x 279mm at bottom,class 10 incl dismantling old UNSV pole of any type.

Supply and fix cross arms, bracing, supports clamps and back plates fabricated from steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat one under coat and one finishing coat of paint all as direcetd by Engr-in-Charge.

Laying only UG LT cable XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty 1100 volts grade with aluminium conductor multistandarded including centre gland, lugs, jointing materials etc laid in trenches or fixed it to wall including dismantling of existing cable of following sizes:-

(a) 50 sqmm 3.5/4 core

(b) 35 Sqmm 3.5/4 core

(c) 25 Sqmm 3.5/4 core

(d) 16 Sqmm 4core

(e) 10 Sqmm 4core

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m width and not exc 1.5m in depth getting out in hard/dense soil .

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m width and not exc 1.5m in depth getting out in Soft/disintegrated rock -

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in thick using excavated hard/dense soil and soft/disintegrated rock.

Removal of excavated material soil/rockl to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix for DWC high density polyethylene pipes having dia 50mm having outer side wall corrugated and inner surface plain confirming to IS 14930 (Part-I & II) including straight/bend couplers to join two pipes for protection of underground cable laid in trenches/floor/fixed on pole/wall including all fittings and clamps as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25m below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5m below ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.00 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel and other end of earth wire connected to main switch board and protected by galvanised iron pipe light grade 15mm bore and water pipe 20 mm bore GI medium grade with funnel and wire mesh PCC chamber in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 and RCC cover with handle all as specified and shown in elect plate No 3 of SSR Part-I of 2009 complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- (i) The concrete pit shall be PCC (1:3:6) type C-1, 40 mm thick pre cast cover slab of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8mm TMT bars @ 10 cm C/C on both sides with suitable cast iron handle shall be provided in lieu of cast iron cover shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I. (ii) The unit rate includes the cost of GI pipe medium grade for protection of earth wire and 4mm dia earh lead wire upto 7.5 M.

Supply and fix GI tubing (light grade) with all fittings,laid in trenches/road, or fixed along with walls /poles,bore of pipe 50mm .

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) Type C-2 (using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply , Install & testing of CPRI approved OEM main LT panel outdoor type made of modular polycarbonate thermoplastic enclosures of size 1400 X 1735 X 660 mm including MCCB , indicating lamp and other accessories which should be UV resistance in accordance with IEC 61439-1, clause 10.2.4; The panel should be anti acid and anti corrosive .Degree of protection against mechanical load IK 08 (5 joule) in accordance with IEC 62262. MS Channel of size 40x40x6mm . The manufacture shall submit a copy of CPRI TEST REPORT IN POLYCARBONATE DEGREE OF INGRESS PROTECTION IP 65 IN ACCORDANCE WITH IEC 60529. The gasket should be internally embedded made of polyurethane. The panel should have bottom cable entry with MS legs of not less than 60cm height including necessary earth/PCC work . The manufacture shall submit a copy of TEST REPORT of board made out of polycarbonate thermoplastic panel in accordance with IEC 60439-1. The LT panel shall include the following:- Incomer -(i) 250A FP 25KA MCCB -1 No. Outgoing – (i) 125A FP 25KA MCCB – 2 No’s (ii)63A FP 25KA MCCB – 1 No. RYB INDICATING LAMP, AMETER, VOLTMETER Make - Hensel / Schneider./Sintex/National

M& L for disconnecting electrical connections of faulty bollard lights of 9/12/15 watts and opening it to replace the burnt UNSV driver to make it functional complete all as directed and specified by Engr-in-Charge.The rate quoted rate deemed to be inclusive of cost of driver 9-15 watts.

Demolition of cement concrete(unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings or around poles of any thickness (below or above ground level).

M & L cement concrete type C1 , 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in post hole and coping incl necessary form work all as specified and as directed.
