Civil Portion: Excavation in Soil using Hydraulic Excavator and Tippers with disposal upto 1000 metres. (Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location with all lifts and lead upto 1000m as per relevant clauses of section - 300 of specifications)

Surface Drains in Soil (Construction of unlined surface drains of average cross sectional area 0.40 sqm in soil to specified lines, grades, levels and dimensions to the requirement of clause 301 and 309. Excavated material to be used in embankment within a lead of 50 metres as per relevant clauses of section- 300

Removal of Unserviceable Soil with Disposal upto 1000 metres (Removal of unserviceable soil including excavation, loading and disposal upto 1000 metres lead but excluding replacement by suitable soil which shall be paid separately as per clause 305. Mechanical means

Wet Mix Macadam Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density in accordance to Table No. 400-12, 400-13 and as per clause of section 406 of specifications

Prime coat Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per clause 502 of specifications.

Bituminous Macadam Providing and laying bituminous macadam using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction and as per clause 504 of specifications. Using Batch Mix Plant of appropriate capacity and Paver finisher for Grading II (19 mm nominal size) bitumen content 3.4%

Tack coat Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.2kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom and as per relevant clauses of section-503 of specifications.

Bituminous Concrete Providing and laying bituminous concrete using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6% by weight of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 507 of specification. Using Batch Mix Plant of appropriate capacity and Paver Finisher Hydraustatic with Sensor control.for Grading-II ( 13 mm nominal size)

Supplying and stacking good quality moorum at work site with all lead and royalty, all complete.

Spreading moorum/sand/ stone dust etc. in layers not exceeding 150mm in thickness, levelling to required gradient and camber, watering and consolidation of each layer with vibratory roller (Payment to be made for compacted volume of moorum/sand).

Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes all complete as per clause 803 of specifications.

Road Markers/Road Stud with Lense Reflector (Providing and fixing of road stud 100x 100 mm, die cast in aluminium, resistant to corrosive effect of salt and grit, fitted with lense reflectors, installed in concrete or asphaltic surface by drilling hole 30 mm upto a depth of 60 mm and bedded in a suitable bituminous grout or epoxy mortar, all as per BS 873 part 4:1973)

Electrical Portion: Erection of metallic pole of following length in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.-Above 8.0 metre and upto 10.0 metre

Erection of Aerial Bunch Cable insulating, fixing, fitting and binding as required. Size- 50 sq.mm (1800 mtr +54 mtr (3% sag)=1854 mtr

Supply & Erection of Suspension fitting + Faced hook + pole clamp pair + suspension clamp

Supply of swaged type Steel tubular pole. Supplying and erection of stay set complete (galvanised) with 19/20 mm dia X 1.8 metres long stay rod, anchor plate of size 45 cm X 45 cm X 7.5 mm, thimble, stay clamps, bow tightener, 7/ 3.15 mm dia G.I. stay wire and strain insulator etc in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing of 32 mm dia X 2.00 metres long GI. pipe (medium class) bracket for mounting of fluorescent / HPMV / HPSV street light fitting on pole including bending the pipe to the required shape, 2 nos 40 mm X 3 mm flat iron clamps with nuts, bolts and washer, painting the flat iron with primer and finish paint etc. as reauired.
