Providing wood work in frames of false ceiling partition etc, sawn and fixed in osition using Budloo wood.

Providing and fixing of Modern imported wooden panelling in ceiling/ soffits including cost nails, screws etc- complete job.

Applying primer coat with ready mix pink or grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture for wood work including cost of priming cost.

Providing fixing wooden moulded corner beading of size 50x50mm (base and height) of traingular shape to the junction of panelling etc. with iron screws, plugs and priming coat on exposed surface etc. complete. Second class kail wood.

Demolishing R.C.C work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50m lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form work for counter slab.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15% landing, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, stair cases, spiral stair cases upto floor-V level including curing but excluding cost of centering and shuttering, finishing and reinforcement 1:1.5.3 (1 Cement: 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete jobs above plinth level. Thermo Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Providing and fixing gang saw cut mirror polished premoulded and pre polished machine cut for wall lining, kitchen platform, vanity counters, window sills, facial and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture back filled with a grout of 12mm thick average in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) joint treated with white cement mixed with machine pigments, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc complete at all level including moulding of edges etc. Granite of any colour or shade (Area of slab over 0.5 sqm) (16mm thick).

Providing and fixing Stainless Steel A ISI 304 (kitchen sink as per I.S. 13983 with PVC waste pipes and other accessories / fittings including cutting and making good the walls/ slab wherever required.

Providing and fixing 15mm nominal bore of standard type C.P Brass wall mixer of approved quantity and make. (JAQUAR/ PARKO/ CERA or equivalent make) Wall mixer.
