Note for 60KLD and 320KLD package type SBR STP (i) The parameters of treated water shall be suitable for toilet flushing and arboriculture . (ii) Design and scheme for compenents for SBR technology in STP including electro-mechanical works shall be exicuted as per design and drawings. Quoted rates are deemed to be included for all these provisions for the entire compleetion of the project. Nothing extra shall be payable in this regard. (iii) The characteristics of effluent after treatment shall conform to the following tolerance limits: 1. pH - 5.5-9 2. Total Suspended Solids < 20mg/l 3. BOD (5 days) < 10 mg/l 4. COD < 50mg/l 5. Construction of Pumphouse building for STP-1 ( Pump room including toilet)in single storey with Permanent Specification with RCC M30 framed structure including foundation brick masonry walls,ATT,RCC roof slab with PU based water proofing treatment, Aluminium Joinery, concealed electric and water supply etc complete all as specified and as shown on drawings. Note : - (i) Detailed yard stick along all connected documents shall be submitted before execution of the work for approval of accepting officer. Quoted rates are deemed to be included for all these provisions

M & L for orange colour safety foot rest of minimum 6 mm thick plastic encapsulated as per IS : 10910 on 12mm dia steel bar conforming to IS : 1786 having minimum cross section as 23 mmx25mm and over all minimum length 263 mm and width as 165mm with minimum 112 mm space between protruded legs having 2 mm tread on top surface by ribbing or chequering besides necessary and adequate anchoring projections on tail length on 138 mm as per standard drawing and suitable to with stand the bend test and chemical resistance test as per specifications and having manufacture's permanent identification mark to be visible even after fixing, including fixing in manholes with 30x20x15 cm cement concrete block 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) complete as per design.

Note for item No. 46 to 55:- The Manning and Operation comprises of the following works:- (a) Operation of sewage pump sets as directed by the engineer in charge (b) Maintaining Log book for Pump sets (c) Carrying out minor repairs Viz, minor repairs to pipe lines, priming of pumps, cleaning of installation and its surrounding areas including cutting of grass etc. (d) Necessary tools , uniform and other accessories required for the smooth functioning of installation shall be provided by the contractor and the rate for the same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates (e)Assurance of proper operation of all units of STP (f) Checking of all electro mechanical systems daily inorder to ensure proper working condition

Misc Items

M&L for building security light bracket made out of 40mm dia light grade GI pipe of 1.2 m length bent to required shape suitable for fixing street light fitting on Steel tubular pole including two Nos clamps made out 40mm X 6mm flat with suitable nuts and bolts

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode size 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground levels with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by mixture of charcoal and common salt and electrode connected to and including galvanized iron wire 4mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized including GI protection pipe light grade 15mm dia connected to main earth lead on pole or control board and GI pipe light grade 20 mm dia for watering funnel with wire mesh. CI cover with frame, PCC chamber pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 including necessary excavation and earth work all as shown in electrical plate No 3 connected to earthing test point and testing on completion complete all as specified & directed. Note : GI wire and protection pipe upto 7.5 Mtr length from earth electrode shall be included in quoted rate of item.
