Lightning Rod : Supply of Early Streamer Emission Air Terminal (ESEAT). Model: L The ESEAT has corrosion resistant stainless chrome body made up of AISI 316 grade of height 0.50 metres capable of workingin hazardous atmosphere. The Air terminal is non-radioactiveand requires no special licensing. The unit is fully autonomous (no battery, no external power supply is required), collects energy from the ambient electric field.The ESEAT model has been tested in a high voltage laboratory in accordance with NFC 17 102 in order to measure the average gain in triggering. Theaverage gain in triggering time (ΔTs) obtained during the lab test for the offered model is 60 μs. The ESEAT works on negative as well as positively polarized discharges. ESEAT has been tested for such discharges in Central Power Research Institute (CPRI). A dedicated tester is avilable to test the healthiness of the ESEAT on request (Page No. 37, Point No. 3 of Clause 8.6 of the Revised NFC 17-102 version 2011 ). ESEAT Model : L - Radius of protection : 86 Metres Level of protection considered for the Project-II level.

MOUNTING STRUCTURE: Supply of Standard / Special Mounting Structure of height 4.5 mts. pipe, and 300 x 300 x 8mm MS plate, 3 mts. 48mm OD class C GI outer pipe,1.8 mtr, 38mm OD inner pipe, for roof mounting on concrete base and with FRP adapter.

DOWN CONDUCTOR: Supply and run of 25mm x 6mm GI Flat Down Conductor with necessary clamps / supports on wall / floor / ground for earth connection.

TEST LINK : Supply of Test Link Box for each Down conductor in order to disconnect the earth termination system to enable measurement of resistance.

EARTH ELECTRODE: Supply and insallation maintenance free GI Earthing System comprising of 50mm dia and 2 mtr. long earth electrode of low carbon steel rod with 100 micron bonding and 25 kgs. of carbon based environment friendly backfill compound and suitable clamp. (Neutral & Earth - 1 )

SURGE PROTECTION: Supply and insallation Cabinet Type Class 1 and 2 Combined Model SPD to arrest surges and overvoltages in the power line due to lightning switching action etc. they must be installed in the incoming MCC panel / DB of the respective bulling in parallel to the power circuit. Model: PSV4-12.5/400TT (3 phase power network)

OTS Coverage : Supplying, Fabrication and Erection of MS - Tube 50x50x3mm square tube as rafter and purlin. Painted with one coat of zinc yellow primer, Two coat of Enamel Paint (Approved by TNHB officials) and Fixing of 10mm Thick bronze colour both side UV coated GE Lexan / Equvalent Brand Polycarbonate sheet with Aluminium Accessories and making it leak proof. Work should be completed in all respects and as directed by the departmental officers.

Transformer ,Genset & Feeder Box Alround Fencing: Earth work excavation for Foundation in all soils and Sub Soils and to full depth may be directed expect in rock requiring blasting, inclusive of shoring, strutting and bailing out water wherever necessary,(including refilling the sides of foundation) and depositing the excavated earth in places shown clearing and levelling the site with an initial lead of 10 metres and lift as specified hereunder etc., complete in all respects complying with relevant standard specifications. (Including Refilling)

Cement concrete 1:3:6 ( One of cement, three of sand and Six of hard broken stone jelly) for foundation and flooring using 40 mm size broken stone jelly inclusive of shoring, strutting, baling out water wherever necessary ramming, curing etc., complete in all respect complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and Fixing in Position of 50mm Dia GI Pipe for Vertical post of fencing with base plate for Support of Chain Link Fencing arrangements including Charges for welding the base plate and Covering the Top of GI Pipe to Restrict the water entry, including Labour and Conveyance Charges. using necessary mild steel flats for inner and outer members which should be fixed on edges including cutting the members, Welding, Grinding, One coat of Priming coat using best approved quality red oxide primer, etc., complete in all respect complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and erecting in position of Chain Link Fencing Using Chain Links of 2"x"2 using 10 Gauge Galvanised Iron Wire with PVC coated. The Chain Link Should be arranged in such a way as detailed below. The Chain Link Should be tied rigid to the poles using suitable tie or welding to a height of 1.50m Placed at equal heights. The rate inclusive cost of all materials, Labour, Transportation Charges Cutting, Welding and Fixing to the GI Post etc., complete in all respect complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and Fixing of MS Grill gate of Size 1.20x2.10m of approved design for Open Courtyard , Grill, Grill Work to Doors and Window Openings etc., using necessary mild steel flats for nneer and outer members which should be fixed on edges including cutting the members, Welding, Grinding, One coat of Priming coat using best approved quality red oxide primer, Dismantling of Walls/ Concrete if necessary, Fixing and Finishing the dismantled portion to original condition etc., complete in all respect complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting new iron work with two coats of approved I st class synthetic ready mixed enamel paint of approved quality, brand and shade over the existing priming coat. The paint should be supplied by the contractor at his own cost. (The quality and shade of the paint should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on works) etc. complete in all respect complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.
