30 mm thick Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (F.R.P.) flush door shutter in different plain and wood finish made with fire retardant gr ade unsaturated polyester resin, moulded to 3 mm thick FRP laminate all around, with suitable wooden blocks inside at required place s for fixing of fittings and polyurethane foam (PUF)/ Polystyrene foam to be used as filler material throughout the hollow panel, ca sted monolithically with testing parameters of F.R.P. laminate conforming to Table-3 of IS:14856, complete as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing factory made door frame (single rebate) made out of solid foam PVC extruded profile of minimum 60 mm width and minimum 30 mm thickness, having homogenous fine cellular structure and integral smooth outer skin. The frame’s vertical and horizont al members to be mitered cut and joined together with PVC solvent adhesive / cement and both corners strengthened with fully threade d steel screws (of required size) fixed diagonally. The door frame is to be fixed to door jambs using 6 Nos. ( b) Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 60/80N. (c) Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. (d) Cold f lexibility shall be up to -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D-5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the aut horised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane.

Providing and laying cinder in Toilet/ Kitchen floor after waterproofing with cinder size not more than 100x100 mm in compact manner , complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and direc tions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying integral crystalline slurry of hydrophilic in nature for waterproofing treatment to the RCC structures like r etaining walls of the basement, water tanks, roof slabs, podiums, reservior, sewage & water treatment plant, tunnels/ subway and bri dge deck etc., prepared by mixing in the ratio of 5:2 (5 parts integral crystalline slurry : 2 parts water) for vertical surfaces an d 3:1 (3 parts integral crystalline slurry : 1 part water) for horizontal surfaces and applying the same from negative (internal) si de with the help of synthetic fiber brush. The material shall meet the requirements as specified in ACI-212-3R-2010 i.e by reducing permeability of concrete by more than 90% compared with control concrete as per DIN 1048 and resistant to 16 bar hydrostatic pressur e on negative side. The crystalline slurry shall be capable of self-healing of cracks up to a width of 0.50mm. The work shall be car ried out all complete as per specification and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. The product performance shall carry guaranteed for 10 years against any leakage :

For vertical surface two coats @ 0.70 kg per sqm per coat

Supplying and using water proofing compound like CICO, PUDDLE or any other approved brand with Cement Plaster/ CC/ RCC complete in a ll respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and directions of the En gineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) Door Frames of cross-section 90 mm x 45 mm having single rebate of 32 mm x 15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness .The laminate shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin an d chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2 mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The fra me shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides. M.S. stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame.

Providing and fixing to existing door frames :

30 mm thick Glass Fibre Reinforced Plastic (FRP) panelled door shutter of required colour and approved brand and manufacture, made w ith fire-retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin, moulded to 3 mm thick FRP laminate for forming hollow rails and styles, with w ooden frame and suitable blocks of seasoned wood inside at required places for fixing of fittings, cast monolithically with 5 mm thi ck FRP laminate for panels conforming to IS: 14856, including fixing to frames.

30 mm thick Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (F.R.P.) flush door shutter in different plain and wood finish made with fire retardant gr ade unsaturated polyester resin, moulded to 3 mm thick FRP laminate all around, with suitable wooden blocks inside at required place s for fixing of fittings and polyurethane foam (PUF)/ Polystyrene foam to be used as filler material throughout the hollow panel, ca sted monolithically with testing parameters of F.R.P. laminate conforming to Table-3 of IS:14856, complete as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing factory made door frame (single rebate) made out of solid foam PVC extruded profile of minimum 60 mm width and minimum 30 mm thickness, having homogenous fine cellular structure and integral smooth outer skin. The frame’s vertical and horizont al members to be mitered cut and joined together with PVC solvent adhesive / cement and both corners strengthened with fully threade d steel screws (of required size) fixed diagonally. The door frame is to be fixed to door jambs using 6 Nos. SS 304 grade minimum 8 mm dia CSK Phillips stainless steel self tapping screws/fasteners with PA6 grade polyamide sleeves both of required size, and gap if any between the door frame and the jamb must be filled with clear silicon, complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing factory made PVC door shutter made of solid foam PVC profiles of thikness 5 mm and 15 mm at edges integrally ex truded for vertical style and horizontal (top/ bottom/ lock) rails of minimum cross section of 70mmx 28mm, of shape and design as pe r manufacturer's specifications having homogenous fine cellular structure and smooth integral outer skin, inserted with G.I. ‘C’ sec tion/ rectangular tube profile of minimum 0.30 mm thickness with 120 gsm coating as stiffeners as per manufacturers specifications M itred cut joints for styles and rails provided with telescopic polymeric ‘L’ corners are jointed together using solvent adhesive and strenghtened with fully threaded stainless steel screws (of required size) through reinforced stiffener with paneling of specified solid foam PVC board/ high pressure laminate of required thickness and of approved design and shade (matching the styles and rails), secured within styles and rails with specially designed solid foam PVC moulded beadings of required size using PVC solvent adhesive / cement.
