Supply and installation of 7.5 meter decorative ornamental pole with double arm bracket and pole made of steel pipes and cast iron base in three steps of aprroved design.pole cast iron base provided with embos of MCP logo and service window to accommodate mcb and 32amp heavy duty connector for mains connections.the different section of pole jointed together with welded joints.Decorative arm/bracke made out of mild steel and cast iron the mild steel & cast iron part are joined together & are fabricated to get desired design and suitable to fix required luminaries.Pole and bracket should be machined and polished to give smooth surface and duly pretreated with shot blasting process and painted in U.V. ray resistant P.U. coating in aprroved colour shade.Coating should have minimum DFT of 90 microns & should pass minimum 300 salt spray hours as per IS or ASTM testing methods. Dimenssion of pole as per design & drawing having base flange 475mm square with 4 nos. of 24mm hole for foundation bolt and 150-160mm dia base part 1115-130mm dia.middle part and 85-100 mm dia top part each having thickness of 3.5mm to 4 mm approx. and decorative double arm bracket of 2-2.5 meter width. pole should fix with cement concrete foundation of M-15 grade(1:1.5:3) with the help of anchor bolt and Gi sleeves as required. Approx weight of pole must be180 kg + 10%.(whrever divider cut will there three arm bracket should be mounted which is approx 10 in nos)
