Geophysical investigation of the acquifer by electrologging system with all tools and plants as necessary including supply of necessary report (1 no pin point site to be done by 3 nos test )

Mobilization and transportation of the rig machine and its accessories and other materials etc to the site.

Drilling a bore hole in DTH process through any kind of soils and rocks in overburden suitable for lowering and fitting fixing of 200 mm outer dia casing pipe(casing pipe may be supplied departmentally) up to an average depth of 25±5 mtrs. and subsequently 165 mm diameter boring through any kind of rocky formation upto a total depth of 170 mtrs (for dry drilling or sufficient water not achieved drilling may be continued up to 200 Mtr) including all other works necessary for boring and lowering fitting fixing of MSERW /UPVC casing pipes suitable for 165mm dia drilling in rock bed and grouting the same as per direction of E.I.C .including (in case of MSERW casing pipes) the cost of welding of M.S.E.R.W casing pipes and welding the top of the casing pipe with one 8mm thick MS cover plate(with supply and delivery of that plate) Necessary arrangement to be made for proper security of bore hole. Note- MSERW/UPVC casing pipes should be properly inserted or lowered in overburden zone for proper RBTW formation, in case of collapse in borehole payment will be done for clear measurable depth only.

a) 0 to 25 Mtrs/Over burden which one is more

a) 25 mtr to 170 mtrs and above

Supply & delivery of 200 mm nominal dia UPVC casing pipe ( minimum wall thickness 10 mm ) having 3.0 meter length each, both end threaded and one end rocketed as per direction of EIC and as per IS:12818-2010 Make- Oriplast/Utkarsh/Supreme/Dupoll NB- Material to be supplied as per requirement of site

Washing developing of tube well with air compressor pump and engine for 8 (eight) hours contineous pumping per dey with necessary arrangement for testing the yield in gallons as per hour with "V" notch including hire and lobour charges for all tools and plants and scafolding as required

Collecting sample of water for bacteriological and chemical test from any depyh at any time during execution of work including hire & labour charges for tools and plants and sterillising the equipments, paying all charges and fees, testing etc complete in all respect as per direction

Supply delivery and Installation of all equipments for leak absorbtion system at Gaseous chlorination unit comprising of the following materials FRP hood for 100 kg cylinder - 4 no Flexible pipe for hood connection- 4 no Centrifugal blower, 1000 m3/hr @ 600 mmwc (1W) -1 no Drain pump for pit -1 no 4” UPVC pipe with fittings , 15 meters -1 lot Drain pump piping, 2” - 1 lot Evoqua make chlorine leak detector with single sensor GSM Plus -1 set Sensor for leak detector Diffuser for neutralization system -1 no Control panel for neutralization-1 no Cable and conduit for neutralization -1 lot Make-As per approved vendors for electro-mechanical items of TC & GC to be submitted during delivery of materials. (Make and drawing to be approved from EIC before placement of Order) (For Installation of avove system rate is including of suitable cable protection pipe, including cable finishing, supplying of all necessary metrials and etc and cost of hiring D.G set ( if required), welding machine, cutting machine to complete the jobs including necessary cutting of cement concrete (if needed) Laying of cable from 3/3½ core sqmm on wall/surface and Painting of anty corrosive paint in all respect as per tecnical specification and as per direction of E.I.C.(Any item or accessories not considered in the specification but required to complete the entire installation and operation shall have to be supplied and installed. No extra charge shall be provided for this purpose.)
