Disconnecting/ dismantling 3 phase, 440 volts, 50 cycles electrical motor from the monoblock pumpset (electrically and mechanically) from its location and shifting to work shop, opening the motor end cover, taking out rotor, taking out burnt stator winding, cleaning the stator and rewinding of motor with appropriate gauge, weight and turns of super enamelled copper winding wire using proper Garware insulating paper, insulating with Class I varnish, and oven drying for requisite insulation values, reassembling the motor completely and bringing back to its original location, cleaning the impeller of pump, supply & replace gland rope, greasing, replacement of unserviceable spares of pump, fixing back in position, connecting back electrically and mechanically with proper alignment and testing complete all as specified and as directed for the following capacities of pump sets: NOTES: (i) Insulation of winding shall be Class 'B' upto 7.5 HP and Class 'F' for 10 HP and above. M&L for preparation of old surfaces of GI/DI/CI pipes of 80/100/150mm diameter, at any location and at any height attached with Over head tanks/ UG sumps and spray painting using synthetic enamel paint of first quality of any tint as ordered and writing letters over the surface of pipe viz., "Supply line/Rising mains/Wash out pipe/Over flow pipe" of suitable on each pipe with white colour synthetic enamel paint including provision of new bolts, nuts and washers of required size complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth, for foundation of poles, stays, struts or for laying cables/pipes etc., not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: If new pipe line is laid as replacement of old pipe line in the same trench, all excavation and earth work shall be measured only once.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm each as in soils complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) to a distance not exceeding 50 metres and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.
