M&L for cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of stone/brick/PCC block masonry built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Glazed ceramic colour tiles in vertifical surface 450x350x7mm thick with necessary border etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over including 10mm thick rendering as backing coat in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down the Steel window shutters any size of Glazed/Gauzed from window frames, and refixing shutter in the same opening after welding with suitable hinges and metal pieces making good to the exisiting welded portion complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note:- Hinges will be measured and paid separately.)

Removing old tar felt/ all loose dirt/ old roof tiles/ cement plaster and cleaning the concrete surface including removal of vegetation, fungus, moss small trees etc from the roof top with wire brush, including removing the strips of lightening conductor and refixing the same after repair work and applying neat cement slurry @ 1.5Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
