Disconnecting of electric connection from ceiling rose and taking down the ceiling / exhaust fan / wall mounted fan of any size , sweep all as directed. By Engr-in-chage.

M&L for overhauling ceiling fan of size 1200/1400 mm sweep any make after opening and cleaning the rotor , bearing and bushes by compressed air / 'K Oil and providing fresh grease to all bearings and bushes including replacement of split pins,tightening of nuts, bolts, washers etc complete and , reassembling refixing , testing for smooth functioning all as directed. by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No 2 above but of exhaust fans of any make, sweep and type complete all as directed.

M&L for rewinding of coils of ceiling fans of size 1200/1400 mm sweep by using super enamelled copper wire as per existing gauge and approved quality including papering, varnishing , drying including re-assembling and testing complete all as specified as directed.

All as per item No 4 but of exhaust fan of sweep 300 mm to 450 mm complete all as specified.

Supply & fixing the following components of size 1200/1400 mm sweep :- (a) Ball bearing No- 6201/6202,or as per existing ( Make NBC/SKF/ARC/ANT)

( b) Paper condencer 2.5 /3.15 MFD for ceiling fans & wall fans ( Make :USHA/SARDA/KELTRON /UNIVERSAL)

(c ) GM Bushing as per existing size and type complete all as specified.

M&L for Wire flexible PVC insulated copper conductor twine core twisted of size 23/ 0.00076 complete all as specified.

M&L for PVC Canopy suitable for ceiling fan of size 1200/ 1400 mm sweep complete all as specified.

M&L in replacement for standard blade fixing with screws suitable to ceiling fan 48 mm Sweep, make and model after taking down old existing unserviceable screws complete all as directed.

M&L in replacement for down rod of 1.5' height fabricated out of MS pipe 12 mm dia heavy duity painted with white paint suitable to ceiling fan of any description make brand and model after taking down old existing unserviceable down rod complete all as directed at site.

Supply & fixing the following components of exhaust fan of any size and make . (a ) Gun metal bushing as per existing size and type complete all as specified.

(b) Ball bearing as per existing size ( Make : NBC/SKF/ARC/ANT)

( c) Condencer 4 MFD for exhaust fan ( Make :USHA/SARDA/KELTRON/UNIVERSAL)

(d) Exhaust fan blades with screw as per existing make and size complete all as specified.

M&L for painting to ceiling fan of any make/ model and size complete with one coat of super quality synthetic enamel paint as per existing colour by spraying including preparation of old painted surfaces to remove all dust. Oil marks etc and filling cavities with fillers before painting including re-writing of MES No with black colour complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for painting to Exhaust fan of any make/ model and size complete with one coat of super quality synthetic enamel paint as per existing colour by spraying including preparation of old painted surfaces to remove all dust. M&L in replacement for M S louvers with nuts, bolts and washers suitable to exhaust fan 300 mm sweep of any make and model after taking down old existing unserviceable MS louvers complete all as directed.

All as per Ser item No 19 above but 450 mm sweep .

S&F hanging hook "S" type suitable for ceiling fan of any capacity complete all as specified.

Taking down wall mounted Geyser of Capacity 25 ltrs by disconnection electric supply, water connections and in single/Married/OTM Accns messes, billets,cafeteria etc,and refixing after repair/maint work and testing all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the Geyser descaling of silt deposited /Cleaning of inner tank of geyser 25 to 35 Ltrs capacity including washing with clean water, checking the spare parts, re assembling and testing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Repairs to inner copper/steel tank of geyser 50/35/25 Ltrs capacityfor leaks by pressure test, including gas welding for making leak proof, testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing following spares for Geyser of 25/35/50 Ltrs capacity. Including Taking down the old existing u/s parts (a) Apparatus plate

(b) Bimetal Thermostat

(c) Auto cut thermostat

(d) Heating element screw/push/triangular type any shape for 1.5 KW capacity

(f) Indicating lamp of any shape/size as per site requirement

(g) PVC Hot and cold pipe thread rein forced with washer and chrome plated check nut 18 " long

(h) Glass wool for insulating of tank

(j) Steel water tank suitable for 25 Ltrs capacity

(m) Air pressure release safety valve 15 mm dia

Material and labour for prepration of geysers outer body surfaces and painting one coat of synthetic enameled paint by spraying to geysers and writing MES No on geyser in block letter not less than 5 mm wide and 25 mm high with black paint for 25 lit capacity of geysers complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix for repairs to apparatus plate assembly by means of welding/brazing as required to stop leakage etc for 25/50 lit capacity geyseres of existing make at site and testing complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix PVC insulated 3 core multistranded copper conductor cable of size 2.5 Sqmm a color code (Red for Phase, Black for Neutral and green for earth conductor) including taking down the old U/S cable all as specified and directed

S&F PVC connection pipe with brass unions at both end, 45 cm long 15 mm bore. ( For incoming cold water) complete all as specified.

S & F Hot water pipe line 20 mm bore medium grade with rock wool insulation wire mesh and aluminium cladding with fittings and clamps for connection from stainless steeltank to existing pipe at bathroomsor as directed

Supply and fixing in replaceent of U/s sheet metal enclosures with a two pin & earth plug & socket and metal plug one single pole MCB 20 Amps 240 Volt complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in -Charge

M&L point wiring (surface type) for(geyser) using 4 sqmm nominal cross sectional area copper conductor mutimultistranded ,PVC insulated unsheathed , FRLS cables in and including PVC casing and caping and fittings, including 1.2mm thick pressed steel terminal switch boxes , 3 mm thick bakelite sheet top cover (ISI Marked) fitted with Chromium plated brass screws & washers and 4 sqmm nominal cross sectioanl area multi-multistranded copper conductor , FRLS, green PVC insulated unsheathed earth wire 2.5 mm and connecting to earth dolly and brass screws, washers etc. for one light/fan point cntrolled by one number one way switch complete all as specified and directed. Note:-The contract sum shall be arrieved at after deducting amount of schedule of credit from the total quated amount.
