Providing and laying Glossy vitrified floor tiles double charged in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, (Kazaria/ Nitco/ Orient bell make), in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.a). Size of tile 600x600mm

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using tube etc. as required. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. a).In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Providing and fixing 15 cm wide, 45 cm overall semi-circular plain G.S. sheet gutter with iron brackets 40x3mm size, bolts, nuts and washers etc., including making necessary connections with rain water pipes complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge (tata/ Jindal make). a). 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m².

Providing and fixing plain multipurpose cement board (Hight pressure steam cured) with suitable screws for cement particle board in ceiling etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge (frame work to be paid seperatately). a). 6 mm thick Cement fiber board as per IS: 14862

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (i) Single socketed pipes a). 110 mm(one hundred ten milimetre) diameter.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised – PVC moulded fittings/ accessories for unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.. a).Bend 87.5° 110 mm dia

15 mm (fifteen milimetre thick) cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix with cement mortar 1:6 (one cement: six sand) complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying a coat of mordant solution on G.S. sheet With a solution made of 13 gms of hydrochloric acid in a solution of 13 gms each of copper chloride, copper nitrate and ammonium chloride dissolved in a litre of soft water etc complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting on G.S. sheet with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge: a).New work (two or more coats) including a coat of approved steel primer but excluding a coat of mordant solution.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete etc. in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. a)Two or more coats on new work

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade etc. in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge..a) One or more coats on old work

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade etc. in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge..a) One or more coats on old work

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of Required shade etc. in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. a). Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge. a).With cement mortar 1:4 (one cement : four sand)

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty etc. in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge a).Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm)

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within all leads etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge a). For thickness of tiles 10mm to 25mm

Dismantling wooden boardings in linning of walls and partitions excluding supporting members but including stacking with in all leads etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge a). For thickness above 10 mm upto 25 mm

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within all lead etc complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
