PROVIDING SERVICES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION HT LT SUB STATIONS DG SETS AND FIRE PUMPS INCLUDING REPAIRS TO ELECTRICAL SERVICES IN OLD TECHNICAL AREA AT NMRL AMBERNATH

Providing services for operation and maintenance round the clock DG sets 250 KVA and connected LT panels by deploying requisite well trained trades men with tools and equipments on all working days including sundays and holidays in three shifts of 08 hrs each (i.e. 0700 hrs to 1500 hrs, 1500 hrs to 2300 hrs and 2300 hrs to 0700 hrs) per day to take care of all plants, control / gauges, upkeep / clean in a of installation upto presentable manner, routine checking and maintenance of electrical connections, oiling, greasing of all moving parts, earthing, testing and ensure its connectivity, checking and fire pump operations including repairs of fire hydrants and fire fighting pipe lines of above mentioned installation all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : (i) The minimum Nos of tradesmen shall be as per Schedule 'A' note No 5(a) on Srl Page No 15 of tender documents. (ii)The tradesmen shall be well trained/experienced to operate DG Sets, Fire pumps & related LT panels, starters, star delta connection starter and diesel engine driven pump, etc., complete. (iii) A log sheet shall be maintained and signed by both the parties indicating time in hour of services & break down attended by the contractor and the delay, if any.

Providing services to operate round the clock HT / LT sub station, HT Ring Main Unit and their connected LT panel in 03 shifts of 8 hours each (i.e 0700 hrs to 1500 hrs, 1500 hrs to 2300 hrs and 2300 hrs to 0700 hrs) per day on all working days including Sundays & Holidays by deploying requisite well trained tradesmen with tools and equipments to take care of all and upkeep / cleaning of installation upto presentable manner, routine checking and maintenance of electrical connections, earthing, testing and ensure its connectivity, checking ensure smooth functioning of installations and repairs to HT tapping point, HT metering system, power factor control panel 6/4/2 pole structures, out door sub station-03 Nos, indoor / outdoor transformers and whole LT distribution network including Lt panels complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : (i) The tradesmen shall be well trained/experienced to operate HT VCB, HT ring main unit & LT ACB Panel (ii) A log sheet shall be maintained and signed by both the parties indicating time in hour of services & break down attended by the contractor and the delay, if any. Note : (i) The minimum Nos of tradesmen shall be as per Schedule 'A' note No 5(b) on Srl Page No 15 of tender documents. Notes for sl item Nos 01 to 02 : (i) Unit quoted rates are deemed to be included for any due servicing of component and likewise any minor defect rectification as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) No additional payments on account of transportation wil be done by the department (iii) The workers deployed on the services shall wear uniform as per standard industrial dress code. (vi) In case the rates quoted are lower than the minimum fair wages as fixed by the GOI/State Govt/UT whichever is higher, the accepting officer shall have the right to reject the offer. No claim or any sort of appeal on this account shall be entertained.

Taking down existing star delta starter including removing all necessary cable and electrical connection from existing panel and removal complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of soft starter suitable for 7.5 HP to 12.5HP with protection of motor overload, phase loss, phase sequence power circuit fault and communication failure complete all as specified and directed. Cat No ASAC-1/007/4/1-UPTO 15KW of BCH or equivalent in make as specified in list of make herein after as approved by GE.

Supply and fix panel of MS CRCA sheet fabricated & power coated junction box & SWG 14 Size (H=1100, W=900, D=400)mm mounting stand, phase indicator RYB. Start, stop & Reset PB, MF meter, run & trip indicator, control & power wiring, mounting stand angle (35x5) CPRI approved complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing MCCB DN0100D 100 Amp rating with spider link for motor back protection in panel board complete all as specified and directed.
