MANNING PART

Outsourcing of Services for maintenance of Olympic size swimming pool for daily three shifts of 08hrs each including Saturday, Sunday & National holidays by employing the man power as mentioned below for entire system comprising 15hp pump sets, filter plants, pool cleaner, ionizer unit, dosers with all fittings complete all as specified and directed. Quoted rate shall be deemed to cater for following:- a)Shift timings are as under:- i) First shift: 0900hr to 1700hr ii) Second shift: 2200hr to 0600hr b) Man power to be employed i) FGM (Semi skilled) - 01No for Each Shift c) Maintaining necessary records and documents of operation and maintenance of plant like log book, free chlorine testing, pH testing, turbidity testing. d) Maintenance and operation of swimming pool of capacity 5 lakh gallons. e) Cleaning of sedimentation and dirt inside the HDPE/UPVC/PVC line of various sizes laid in Swimming pool. f) Provision of all safety equipment such as gas mask, hand gloves, safety life buoys 500mm dia, safety rope and first aid boxes. Note: Rates to be quoted for complete Job as per sub items below inclusive of all taxes, Cess, Levies as applicable including GST

Outsourcing of services for running of centrifugal/monoblock pumps/borewells at ANURAG complex every day including water testing ( Chlorine,) and Aqua fit chemical mixing register shall be put up to Concerned JE after completing the Testing (Testing done before distribution of water every day). Water test Kit shall be provided by the Contractor to the Operators and the cost of the same shall be included in their quoted rate. Services shall be provided in two shifts per day, each shift of 8 hours duly employing one operator and one valve man per shift including Sunday and holiday complete all as directed. Timing: (a) First Shift 0600hrs to1400hrs ( 01- FGM and 01 valve man) (b) Second Shift 1400hrs to 2200hrs ( 01- FGM and 01 valve man) Note for item No. 2, 3 & 4:- In case of requirement, tradesmen provided for one area may be utilized in other areas at the discretion of the department without any extra cost to department as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note for item Nos.2 to 4: 1. Contractor shall quoted basic rate, employers contribution towards EPF liability, contribution towards ESIC, contribution towards bonus, over head and profit and Labour welfare Cess (LWC) separately as applicable as per instruction in vogue in respective sub items including all Taxes, Cess, Levies as applicable including GST. 2. Any quoted rate against items/ sub items mentioned corresponds to/work out lower than the corresponding prevailing minimum rates of wages/subscription/contribution towards EPF,ESIC, Bonus and LWC shall be treated as non-bonafide and such bid shall not be considered for acceptancce the prevailing rate/wage/contribution shall be as applicable on the bid submission end date. 3. Contribution towards EPF, ESIC, Bonus shall only be payable after submission of valid & authentic document in support of proof of payment and authenticated by Engineer-in-charge.

4. The rate quoted for items of outsourcing shall not be less than minimum wages as notified by Government of India/concerned state Government/Local Body, whichever is higher and also not less than applicable rates for contribution of employer towards EPF, contribution to ESIC, contribution of Bonus and LWC under respective heading/sub-items. In case the rates quoted are less than the prevalling rates/instructions under any heading(s), the bid will be treated as non bonafide/ invalid, shall be disqualified and such bids will not be considered for acceptance. In such case, the lowest bidder shall be determined from amongst the valid/ bonafide bids only. 5. Quotations with 'Nil' or "Zero" consideration (overhead and profit) shall be considered non bonafide.

6. Any variation in minimum wage, liability of EPF/ESIC/Bonus/ LWC/GST shall be adjusted for reimbursement/ Recovery as under:- (i) Variation in minimum wage including other related statutory provisions shall be adjusted in tems of condition 63 of GCC (IAFW-2249). (ii) Variation in percentage/ rate of GST and LWC shall be adjusted as per instructions in Annexure XVI of MES Manual on Contracts which deals with "Reimbursement/ Refund on Variation in Taxes Directly Related to Contract Value. (iii) Rates shall be quoted only upto two digits after decimal. If any rate quoted/ derived by the contractor works out to more than two digits after decimal, then the same shall be rounded off upto two digits after decimal. The rounding off shall be done in accordance with rules for rounding off of Numerical Values in accordance with IS: 02 pf 1960 (Revised 2016) of BIS.

7. Monthly wages shall be paid by the contractor to the workers/labour only online. Proof of statutory deductions in favour of workers/labour shall be submitted by the contractor to the GE. The contractor will be required to submit copy of valid labour licence from the labour Commissioner within 15 days of commencement of the work. If the contractor fails to submit the same within this stipulated period the contact shall be liable to be cancelled and the performance Secuirty of the firm shall be forfeited accordingly. Reference is also invited to this HQ letter No.A/37696/Gen/Pol/E2W(PPC) dated 27 July 2017 as amended vide letter of even No. dated 09 May 2018.

Material and labour (Repair ) PART

Comphrensive maintenance to Olympic size swimming pool water treatment (Capacity of pool is 05 lakh gallons) including supply and mixing of the following chemicals daily till quality of water to be reached to required water quality parameters as per IS 3328, daily pool water PH and residual chlorine test to be done before commencement of pool and weekly pool water chemical test & bacteria test to be done from government recognized labs and water test reports shall also be displayed in pool area. i) Supply and mixing of chlorine chemical TCC-90 (in granual form) - minimum 11 Kg/day ii) Supply and mixing of alum daily as required iii) Supply and mixing of Copper sulphate daily as required iv) Supply and mixing of Soda ash daily as required Note:(i) TCC-90 chemical & other pool chemicals should be mixed daily by swimming pool technician/chemist, swimming pool technician/chemist shall be available whenever required. Daily water testing to be done by swimming pool technician/chemist & daily water quality parameters should reach as per IS 3328. (ii) Quoted rate shall be included for pool technician/chemist charges also.

Maintenance, repair and periodical services to pressure filter: i) Opening the pressure filter and taking out entire old media ii) Scrapping internal/external surfaces, cleaning and washing thoroughly, applying one coat of zinc phosphate primer and two coats of chlorinated rubber paint and black paint on outer surface for pressure filter complete. iii) Laying of new filter media as per specifications and as directed in the MS cylindrical pressure filters. iv) Removing, repairing and replacing certain unserviceable parts including painting the under drain system inlet and outlet pipes including changing gland packing, nuts, bolts & washers etc., v) S&F pressure gauge of 0-9 Kg/Sqcm including removing the existing unserviceable pressure guage-02Nos. vii) Testing and commissioning the filtration plant completely.

Comprehensive Annual Maintenance of RO Plant Make- ION Exchange Plant scheme -NGMA-20-NGMF20-INDRO-401 installed at ATC Devetalagutta Married accommodation area including checking, testing, cleaning of Filter, chemical filling, gasket fitting complete membrance of plant by carrying out Inspection visit and service visit quarterly complete along with attending breakdown on phone calls along with maintaining log sheet of plant all as directed

Note :-(i) (a) Visits – (Including Service and Inspections) (b) Break Down calls will be attended under AMC Two calls (excluding annual visit 4 Nos) (c) LOGSHEET for analysis purpose shall be maintained. (d) Provision of tools-tackles & labour. (e) Physical inspection for system and related things like Dosing systems, carbon filters and entire Plant (f) Observation of Pressure at Sand Filter Inlet / Outlet and System Pressure. (g) RO Membrane Cleaning (h) Open backwash for Sand filter and Carbon Filter. (j) Checking Method of operation and necessary advice will be given to operation staff. (k) Training to Staff and Operators (l) Audit Reports and Suggestions (m) Pump servicing in ION Exchange scope (Feed Pump & Transfer Pump). (ii) Scope of Supply of material (i) Membrane Cleaning Chemicals – 6Kgs – (Ion Exchange Make). (ii) Antiscalent (8111) - 30 Kgs – (Ion Exchange Make) (iii)Cartridges – Ion Exchange Make – 6 Nos. (iv) Instrument (Conductivity Meter) Calibration. (v) Water Analysis Reports Note : Membrance of size 4" is not included in the scope of work and will be measured & paid separately under relevant item of this schedule.

Supply only Membrance of size 4" for RO plant complete all as specified and directed . Make- ION Exchange or equivalent

Bailing out water and scraping cleaning the inside surface with high pressure jet wash system along with necessary chemicals for cleaning of surface of 20000 gallons capacity underground sumps without causing any interruption of regular water supply complete all as directed. Note:- Date of cleaning shall be written on the surface of water tank in white letters on black back ground with synthetic enamel paint.

Bailing out water from swimming pool and scraping, cleaning the inside surface with acid and high pressure jet wash system and nylon brushes along with necessary chemicals for cleaning of surface of the swimming pool of capacity 5.0 lakh gallons complete all as directed.

Disconnecting water electric connections of pump set and overhauling pump and motor including cleaning, repairing, machining, greasing, replacing of washers for lock nuts for centrifugal pump set of 15HP capacity, 3phase complete all as directed Note: i) Spares required shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule, ii) Labour element for replacement of spares shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply and lay 3-core multi stranded copper conductor cable of size 6 sqmm,1100 Volts grade, PVC insulated including removing the existing unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed. Make: HAVELLS/UNIVERSAL/TORRENT/NICCO/CCI/GLOSTER.

M&L for rewinding of the electric motor of 7.5 to 15 HP capacity duly disconnecting (electric/water connection) and taking down electric motor (mono block/centrifugal) from the existing position and inspecting the same, transporting to workshop for repairs and bringing it back. Cutting and removing the burnt out winding conductors, rewinding the same with same gauge and weight of insulated super enameled copper conductor and providing cotton insulated sleeves, varnishing, drying, refixing in position checking the alignment along with pump set connecting up with the electrical and water line connection system, testing and commissioning complete all as directed.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm buried directly in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below ground level, with top edge of the plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 mtrs below ground level connected to galvanized earth strip 25x4 mm dia as earthing lead by means of GI bolts, nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of MES SSR Part-I and connecting upto the main switch distribution board including the earth strip protected with galvanized iron pipe of 32mm dia medium grade including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning, filling in and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50mtrs, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) earth pit, 40mm thick RCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) chamber cover with reinforcement of 8mm dia TMT bars at 140mm c/c both ways , GI tube 20mm dia for watering, mesh, salt, charcoal, funnel etc and testing after completion, complete all as directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5mm wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying of pipe line and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick using soil complete all as directed.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as directed.

Taking out old unserviceable GI pipe line and supply and fixing/ laying GI tubing medium grade laid in trenches/ floors or fixed to walls including necessary GI fittings such as bends, elbows, nipple, sockets, unions, reducers, tees etc and making good with existing surface for following dia of pipes complete all as directed. Removal of old damaged chamber cover and S&F new chamber cover of size 900x900mm with 3 mm thick MS sheet and 25x25x3 mm thick angle iron frame embedded in PCC 1:2:4 coping with necessary locking arrangement and duly painted with two coats of black synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on all steel surface complete all as directed.

Removing of unserviceable brass/stainless steel spindle with check nut from sluice valve and S&F new brass/stainless steel spindle with check nut , gland packing and rubber gasket complete all as directed for the following sizes of sluice valves:- Note :- Work shall be carried out without causing any interruption of regular water supply

Removing the worn out gland packing rope from the centrifugal/Mono block pump set and providing with new gland pack rope of same size including replacement of nut, bolt and fixing back in position up to 15HP capacity of pump sets complete all as directed.

Taking out old unserviceable pressure gauge of pump set and supply and fix new pressure gauge of existing make / size including testing and commissioning complete all as directed.

S&F in repairs 50mm bore reinforced flexible hose pipe for suction complete all as directed.

M&L for flushing of the existing borewells of size 150 mm dia upto 250 feet depth by drilling machine by mechanical method or PVC pipe method into the above well connected to a pneumatic compressor after taking out the submersible pumpset with necessary hoisting equipment and flushing the bore well complete with compressor air and flushing bore well till discharge of fresh water is obtained subject to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge and lowering down the submersible pump set in position and commissioning complete all as directed.

Taking out submersible pumpset of any capacity and type from the borewell of depth not exc 70 metres for carrying out repairs including cleaning and applying one coat of anti corrosive paint and lowering the same in position and commissioning after carrying out the repairs as required complete all as directed. Note:- i) Rewinding of burnt out winding of motor and repairs to pumpset will be measured under relevant item of this schedule

Repairs to submersible motor of electric driven upto 10 HP capacity of any make and any type by rewinding the motor with same gauge and weight of PVC insulated copper wire and other required insulating materials and renewal of thrust plate, reassembling, including testing and commissioning complete all as directed.

Repairs to submersible pumpset upto 14 stage, replacing the worn out spare parts with new spare parts, overhauling and greasing including testing complete all as directed.

Renewal of single phase preventor cum low level water guard suitable for 4 to 7.5HP submersible pump set complete all as directed. Make:- COSMO/ MINILEC/ POWERTEK
