Manning and operation of DG Sets 125 KVA at INHS Nivarini complex in three shift each day by deploying One DG set operator (Semi skilled) in each shift of 08 hours including sundays and holidays. Duties of operator includes filling up the fuel tank, cleaning of filters and complete DG Set, minor adjustment to the engine, topping up electrolyte and distilled water for maintaining the batteris for engine starting, topping up of coolant in radiator as per manufactures instructions and maintaining daily log sheets for engine, control panels and power control centre located in DG set room complete all as specified and directed in following shifts :- 1st shift timing : 0600 hours to 1400 hours 2nd shift timing : 1400 hours to 2200hours 3rd shift timing : 2200 hrs to 0600 hrours

Manning and operation of DG Sets 10 KVA at Logistic complex in one shift each day by deploying One DG set operator(Semi skilled) in each shift of 08 hours including sundays and holidays. Duties of operator includes filling up the fuel tank, cleaning of filters and and complete DG Set, minor adjustment to the engine, topping up electrolyte and distilled water for maintaining the batteris for engine starting, topping up of coolant in radiator as per manufactures instructions and maintaining daily log sheets for engine, control panels and power control centre located in DG set room, complete all as specified and directed in following shifts :- General shift timing : 0900 hours to 1700 hours

Manning and operation of DG Sets 320 KVA at Training Area in three shift each day by deploying One DG set operator (Semi skilled) in each shift of 08 hours including sundays and holidays. Duties of operator includes filling up the fuel tank, cleaning of filters and complete DG Set, minor adjustment to the engine, topping up electrolyte and distilled water for maintaining the batteris for engine starting, topping up of coolant in radiator as per manufactures instructions and maintaining daily log sheets for engine, control panels and power control centre located in DG set room complete all as specified and directed in following shifts :- 1st shift timing : 0600 hours to 1400 hours 2nd shift timing : 1400 hours to 2200hours 3rd shift timing : 2200 hrs to 0600 hrours Note:- Tenderer shall deploy operator after 03 Feb 2022 as per workorder to be issued.

Note for Srl item No 1 to 3 (i) Basic mobile phone, Emergency light, tools and plant shall be provided by contractor for smooth functioning of installations. (ii) Minimum wages shall be as per notification issued by the Chief Labour Commissioner (Central), Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India. Any increase in wages rates during the period of contract shall be paid by the contractor at his own cost. (iii) The quoted rate shall include EPF, ESI, LWC, GST etc as applicable as per current rates / rules. Rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of any future enhancement and shall be born by the contractor at his own cost. The contractors shall submit copy of receipts of EPF, ESI as applicable etc in respect of his employees alongwith RAR/FB while claiming payment. (iv) Contractor shall made payment to his employees through Aadhar link bank account and copy of receipt of such payment shall be submitted to Engineer-in-Charge for their verification. (v) Contractor shall provide log sheet attendance register and other stationery items required for smooth functioning of installation. The rate quoted is inclusive of cost of such items. (vi) Rate quoted by the contractor is inclusive of cost of uniform to his employees for wearing during working hours. Pattern of uniform shall be approved by Engineer-in-Charge/GE. (vii) Contractor shall monitor his staff regularly and shall watch and guard installation during contract period. Any loss / damage due to negligence to the Govt property / installation / equipments/ plants shall be made good by the contractor at his own cost. (viii) General cleanliness and upkeeping of existing plants shall deemed to be included in unit rate quoted. (ix) In case of non submission of copy of receipt of EPF, ESI etc as applicable, the RAR/Final bill payment with not be entertained by the department for which responsibility shall be rest with the contractor.
