Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of buttons lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed: Ordinary Rock (50 meter beyond 1 mtr from cutting edge).

CEMENT CONCRETE (CAST-IN-SITU) Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with:

a) 1:5:10 (1 Cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

b) 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforced cement concrete work, in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15o, landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto five level including curing but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 5.3.1 1:11/2:3 (1 cement : 11/2 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more

FORM WORK Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for:

a) 5.9.1 Foundations, footings, bases of column etc. for mass concrete.

b) Lintel, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers

c) Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platforms

d) Under 20 cm wide

Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in:

a) Cement mortar 1:6

b) Extra for brick work with common brunt clay bricks / cement concrete bricks in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level.

c) Extra for brick work in: Square or rectangular pillars

d) Half brick masonry Half brick masonry with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundations and plinth including curing in : Cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand)

e) Extra for half Brick masonry in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level

f) Extra for providing and placing in position 2 Nos. 6mm dia, M.S. bars at every third course of half brick masonry

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix : 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content. With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams / liter.

Finishing wall with premium acrylic smooth exterior paint with silicone additives of required shade on New work (two or more coats applied @ 1.43 liter / 10sqm over and including priming coat of water exterior paint applied @ 2.20 kg / 10 sqm.

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/liter of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. Two coats

Providing and applying white cement based putty of specified thickness, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. 2 mm thick.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc complete. 50 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate.

Providing and laying vitrified tiles in floor with different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved brand and manufacturer, in all colours and shades, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 6mm thickness, including grouting of joints (Payment for grouting of joints to be made separately). Size of tile 600 x 600 mm

Grouting the joints of flooring tiles having joints of 3 mm width, using epoxy grout mix of 0.70 kg of organic coated filler of desired shade (0.10 kg of hardener and 0.20 kg of resin per kg) including filling / grouting and finishing complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Size of tile 600 x 600 mm

DAMP PROOF COURSE Providing & laying camp-proof Course 40 mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone agg 12.5 mm nominal size) and curing complete.

C.G.I. SHEETS ROOFING Providing corrugated G.S. Sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with plymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (upto any pitch in horizontal / vertical or curved surface) excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gram / m2.

Providing and fixing 1 mm thick M.S sheet door with frame of 40 x 40 x 6mm for diagonal braces.

Structural steel work in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. Welded

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M/S. flats, square or round bars etc including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete. Fixed to steel windows by welding.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections / appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS : 733 and IS: 1285, fixed with dash fastener or required dia and size including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge (glazing, panelling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately.)

Providing and fixing fly proof wire gauge to windows and clerestory windows using wire gauge with average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions all complete with 12 mm mild steel U beading.
