Item No. 06 Construciton of valve pit chamber having internal dimension 120 cm x 120 cm (intenral height) using PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using D2 40 mm graded stone aggregate ) for foundation 15 cms thick 23 cm thick wall in CM (1:4) 10 mm thick rendering all around the brick work with 1:6 cement mortar PCC(1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) for grouting MS frame including 3 mm thick MS top sheet cover with locking arrangement including 50 mm pad lock with doble key arrangment, MS frame including 50 mm pad lock with double key arrangment. MS frame made out 40 x 40 x 6mm thick angle iron including painting of steel surface with two coats of red oxide primer including necessary excavation in any type of soil returning, fitting in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr including demolition, dismentling of existing valve chamber complete all as specified and directed.
