Note : Prior to commencement of the subject works, the contractor needs to submit valid Electrical License in the name of himself/them self or Agreement with agency having valid Electrical License alongwith Agency's Electrical License to the Accepting Officer for his approval through GE. In absence of such documents, no work will be executed at site and to be treated as defaulter on the Contractor's part . In addition, Supervisor for execution of electrical works employed by the Contractor shall posses Supervisory Certificate of competency issued by concerned State Govt/Union Territory and the Worker/Tradesman for execution of Electrical Works must hold necessary permit issued by concerned State Govt/Union Territory.

Taking up old unserviceable HT cable of any size and any type from the trenches of pipe including taking out brick cable protection if required and deposited complete all as directed.

Supply, Lay and fix XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavyduty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts Earthed, grade cross sectional area 95 sqmm with 3 core all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm X 60 cm X 3.15 mm thick,buried directly in ground(earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to copper strip of size 20 mm x 3 mm earth lead by means of brazing after fixing of nuts,check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel, earth strip protected by and including GI Pipe 40 mm dia bore(light grade) and connected to main test point as directed and including Concrete Pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 precast RCC (1:1.5:3) type A1 cover slab 54 X 54 X 5 Cm reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars@150mmC/C both ways with one handle for lifting made of 8mm dia TMT bar embeded in precast cover slab,funnel,wire mesh , 20 mm bore GI Pipe (medium grade) for watering charcoal and salt in alternate layers, incl necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil complete all as shown on electrical plate no 3 of SSR part I complete all as specified.

Taking up old rusted HT junction box/ bus bar chamber by disconnecting old HT connection complete all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply & fixing (2 LBS+1 VCB) 3 way RMU (ring main unit), on-extendible outdoor type of rating 630 Amp Aluminium bus bar with a fault clearing capacity of 21 KA for 3 sec. rated voltage 12 KV, operational voltage-11KV, frequency-50Hz tatally enclosed ring main unit with IP 67 protection of SF6 tank and IP 55 protection for outdoor enclosure with self powered microprocessor based numerical relay with over current and earth fault protection. Entire RMU should be tested for internal arc test of 21 KA for 1 sec as per IEC-62271-200 standards including installation and testing complete all as directed.

Material and labour for ACB 4 Pole, 415 V, Manual Drawout type with microprocessor release of capacity 630 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for excavating in trenches not exc 1.50 mtr wide and not exc 1.50 mtr in depth for taking out/laying of under ground cable, pole or stay and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft /loose soil or hard/dense soil all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. .

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 M and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above starting point all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. .

Material and labour providing sand cushioning with a layer of clean, dry, fine sand for protection of electric cable laid in trenches/ducts, punned down to desired thickness complete all as specified and directed. (Note: For payment purposes only punned down thickness of sand shall be measured as per SSR after punning )

Supply & laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type 1 with peak, size 300mm x 180mm x 40 mm all as specified & directed.

Supply and laying GI tubing 80 mm bore, light grade for protection of underground electric cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in - Charge.

Labour only for road boaring for cable crossing using manual boring process all as directed Engineer-In-Charge.

Relaying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type 1 with peak, size 300mm x 180mm x 40 mm all as specified & directed.
