Supply and fix in replacement of unserviceable micro processor PC board with new microprocessor PC board on any type of AC like existing / invertor type split AC / Cassette Type AC by dismantling / disconnecting the same carefully without disturbing other components upto 3 TR capacity AC including making necessary fixing arrangement etc., complete all as specified and as directed. Make : LG / Carrier / Voltas / Bluestar / Hitachi / Samsung

Material and labour for dismantling of split AC complete inner and outer unit upto 3TR after removing all connection like refrigerant pipe / voltage stabiliser safely and rexing the same at the other location including making all connection and testing in on position complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Rate quoted by contractor shall deemed to include for core cutting / wall cutting including making hole for refrigerant pipe etc. No extra items except refrigerant gas and copper pipe if required shall be paid.

Supplying and laying in repairs copper refrigerant pipe copper tube 5/8 " x 3/8" complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs copper refrigerant pipe copper tube 1/2 " x 1/4" complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for removing the split type air conditioner outdoor unit / indoor unit from its position for pressure / leak testing with dry nitrogen gas and arresting the leakages in condenser coil / cooling coil by brazing etc and gas charging as per required basis complete for Split type AC 1.5 ton / 2.0 ton / 3 TR complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Rates quoted by the contractor shall includes for refrigerant gas charging as per required basis.

Material and labour for complete servicing after pumping down Indoor / outdoor units of split AC complete by cleaning condenser / evaporator coil with air blower, wet servicing of condenser coil unit with caustic soda etc, replacement of sheet metal screws wherever necessary applying oil in fan motor bushes checking and rectifying the wiring defects, proper setting of thermostat and other electrical / refrigerant controls, cleaning the air filter for split air conditioner upto 2 TR complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- (i) The rate deemed includes for minor spares (ii) Gas shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

Material and labour for pressure testing and rectifying leakage in the system of ductable split air conditioner / cassette type AC / package type / VRF / VRV type upto 8. 5 TR capacity by brazing including copper tubing if required upto 1.5 Mtr length and including gas charging, testing for satisfactory performance, commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for removing defective PC board carefully without disturbing the cooling coil and fan motor of upto 3 TR air conditioner and taking to reputed workshop check thoroughly and rectify the fault including replacement of IC transformer and connected accessories and refixing back to original position including testing and commissioning etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preventive maintenance of 14 Nos AHU cooling coil by taking out pre filters, cleaning of cooling coil and cleaning of AHU and cleaning of dampers refixing all removed parts, checking the operations of all safety devices, cleaning of electrical contacts, checking the electric circuits, testing, commissioning etc installed at CASDIC complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for dismantling 1 Nos of screw compressor from 250 TR capacity chiller carefully with using hydraulic jack and chain pulley, putting dummy plates to suction and discharge line and transporting to authorized workshop for repair, etc and refixing the same in the original place all as specified and as directed at CASDIC.

Material and labour for dismantling of burnt out stator from screw compressor body, cutting, opening of burnt-out winding, rewinding with the same gauge of copper conductor of F class oil proof insulation applying one coat of varnish and kept at the electric oven and heated for 48 hours and refixing the same in the stator bringing back to site all as specified and as directed at CASDIC.

Material and labour for pressure testing each circuit of carrier make 30GX model chiller for refrigerant leak by evacuating refrigerant gas from the circuit into the empty cylinder, leak testing of the circuit with dry nitrogen (N2) pressure by separating the entire system like low side, high side compressor condensers and rectifying the leakage vacuuming re-charging of evacuated refrigerant gas and testing complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Topping up of gas will be measured separately for CASDIC

Material and labour for complete overhauling of one 06 NA Compressor in 250 TR chiller unit by opening the compressor end plate, removing the gear assembly with gear puller, removing the hydraulic chamber, removing the twin screws using puller, removing the bearing sets, O rings, rotor, terminal bolts and stator. Clean the entire mechanical parts with approved cleaning agent and oil the parts. Checks all the mechanical parts for wear and tear and replace if required. Reassemble the dismantled parts carefully by using required tools and tackles. Refix the twin screws and checks the alignment of screws for smooth operation. Refix the stator along with terminals, fix the gear assembly and hydraulic chamber. Checks the alignment of screws and gear assembly for smooth rotation. Refix the endplates and tightened the bolts and complete the overhauling all as per standard procedure.

Material and labour for dismantling of winding from defective condenser fan motor of capacity upto 5HP and rewinding, with the same gauge of copper conductor and kept at electrical oven and heated for 48 hours and refixing the same in original place complete all as specified and as directed at CASDIC.

Material and labour for general servicing and preventive maintenance of the 250 TR chiller unit. Pressure cleaning of the condenser coil, checking the operations of all safety devices, cleaning of electrical contacts, checking the electric circuits complete all as specified and as directed at DARE.

Material and labour for painting with one coat of enamel paint for complete central type AC plant of capacity 250TR completely to all connected items of the plant, motors with different colour including motor of blowers / pipes lines with different colour all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and replacement of defective Electronic Expansion valve of 30GX model carrier make chiller by isolation the power to the chiller unit, removing the connections of electronic expansion valve carefully, isolate the refrigerant by closing the services valve, de-braze and removing the valve from ckt, fixing of new valve in the ckt with brazing, pressure testing the ckt, reconnecting the connections to the valve all as per standard procedure complete all as specified and as directed at CASDIC.

Supply and replacing of defective 22KW VFD of chiller water pump by isolation the power to pump panel removing the connections to VDF carefully, fix with new VDF reconnect the connections and re-commission the VDF al as per standard procedure, Make:- SEIMENS, Model SED222/32B or equivalent complete all as specified and as directed at CASDIC.
