M&L for writing stops, commas, short lines, dashes, hyphens, brackets, etc with synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for floor painting with 2 coat of PU FLOOR COAT paint as per manufacturer instruction on chequred/interlocking or concrete surface, any shade and colour including preparation of surface using wire brushes and cleaning with water, removing grass, silt, ulgi particles etc complete Make : Asian / Berger / Indigo/ shalimar

M&L preparation of old surfaces of bricks, stone, concrete of any description over 10cm girth or width not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete

Removing plant including roots by dismantaling of brick work PCC/RCC including necessary saffolding any type in any location/position i.e roof , parapet wall near pipes etc and applying acid after removing roots for preventing the regrowth and making good of disturbed portion using PCC 1:2:4 type B0 & 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 size of disturbed portion 150 x 150 x 200mm complete all as specified & directed by Engr - In - Charge. Note : Work to be carried out up to 04 storey bldg.

Note for Item No. 1 to 25 : The work shall be carried out in upto G+5 storeyed bldg. Cost of scaffolding, safety gears and other T&P deemed to be inclusive in quoted rate of respective items.
