Taking down ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep of any make and set a side in safe custody for repair and fixing the same complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down exhaust fan/cabin fan/ wall mounted fan of any sweep and set a side in safe custody for repair and fixing the same complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rewinding of ceiling fan of any make with super enameled copper wire of same size including necessary varnishing of new winded coil, insulation packing, overhauling, cleaning, greasing, remetaling of shaft, reassembling and testing complete all as specified for the following sizes:-

(a) 1200 mm sweep ceiling fan

Material and labour for rewinding of exhaust fan of any make with super enameled copper wire of same gauge as original including necessary varnishing to new winding coil insulation packing, overhauling, cleaning, greasing, remetaling of shaft, reassembling and testing complete all as specified and directed for the following sizes:-

(a) 250 mm to 300 mm sweep

(b) 350 mm to 450 mm sweep

Material and labour for rewinding of wall/cabin/table fan up to 450 mm sweep of any make with super enameled copper wire of same gauge as original including necessary varnishing to new winding coil insulation packing, overhauling, cleaning, greasing, remetaling of shaft, reassembling and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for replacement of Gun metal bushes as per sample complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for replacement of capacitor 2.50 mfd 230 volt AC 50 HZ suitable for ceiling fan/exhaust /cabin/table fan of any sweep complete all as specified and directed. Make: Havells/Bajaj/Crompton/Epcos.

Material and labour for replacement of ball bearing of ceiling fan of any sweep as per existing make or model

Taking down and preparation of old painted body and blades by scrapping the old paint of ceiling fan 1200 mm to 1400 mm sweep of any make before cleaning foreign material filling cavities etc and painted with one coat of synthetic enameled paint (ISI mark) by spray painting and marking MES No with paint and hanging complete all as specified and directed.

(ii) Replacement of any worn out part like capacitors, bearing, bush, shaft and blades will measured and paid separately under relevent item of schedule)

Brazing the inner tank of the water heater of any size or capacityy by gass welding to arrest the water leakages all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair 15 mm bore cast copper alloy bib tap complete all as directed.
