Earth work excavation for foundation with all leads and lifts in all soils and sub-soils and to the required depth as may be directed except hard rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring, strutting and bailing out water wherever necessary refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of 150mm thick well consolidated, depositing the surplus earth in places shown and levelling the site with all leads and lifts etc. complete in all respects..

Supplying and filling with Sand and Gravel mix in 1: 3 ratio, filled up in 150mm layers with moisture percentage of 18% including cost and conveyance of Quarry Dust, gravel and all labour charges for filling ramming etc. complete with standard specifications as directed by the Dept,Officers.

Cement concrete 1:5:10 (One cement, five crushed stone sand and ten aggregate) using 40mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick, well rammed, watered etc., complete complying with standard specification

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29 M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at abote 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc. complete complying with the standard specificaiton. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS:456-2000, using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 325 kg/mᶾ and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55, including admixture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m.) 7670 kg. of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild steel or Ribbed tor steel in all size for all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specifications. (The contratctor will have to make his own arrangements for the supply of MS plain rod / RTS rod and binding wire)

Brick masonry lime mortar 1:2 (One Lime and two Sand) using Stock bricks including all varivargams, mould sthambams mokopathrams, koodu, Nasi and all ornamental brick work complete, all pancharams Agarais, Karanakoodu, etc., forming core walls of Rajagopuram / Vimanam complete including cost and conveyance of all materials including cement, all the labour charges including marking pathies shaping of the bricks, lifting of all the materials to required heights, curing and all extra for working in heights etc., complete 100 cft

a) For Kalkaram

b) Vimanam / gopuram of ht. Up to 25' excluding Kalkaram.

Providing Vargapoochu over the corewalls of Vimanams / Gopurams, with Lime Mortor1:1:5 (One Lime and One and a half Sand) complete including shaping the mukhapathram, mahanasi, Koodu all ornamentals works to proper shape by embedding broken bricks of shaped/chiseled bricks, rough-plastering with Lime Mortor1:1:5 and finishing with final ornamental plastering and nayam theervai including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour therefore, lifting of materials, all working in heights, curing with water etc, complete including all extra for folding and including clearing from the vimanams/gopurams 100sft superficial area. for kalkaram.

Brick work in lime Mortor 1:2 (One Lime and two Sand) using country brick of size 83/4"x41/4"x23/4" including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges and all other incidental charges etc completc complying with standard specification.

Plastering with Lime mortar1:1.5,(one part of lime and one and half part of sand) 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges, curing etc,complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Dept,Officers.

Plastering with Lime mortar1:1.5,(one part of lime and one and half part of sand) 20mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges, curing etc,complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Dept,Officers.

Clean removal of lime plaster and Replastering with Lime Mortor1:1.5,(One Lime and One and a half Sand) 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges, curing etc,complete complying with standard specifications.The lime used should be sourced from Pollachi which is highly iron fortified and suitable for structural and masonry works.

Scaffolding charges for Vimanans and gopurams with casurina posts coconut or plam trees wherever necessary for main, form work and providing with coconut keeth coverings, providing ladder arrangements, country wood pland for working, inpection etc, complete hire charges only for erection, maintainance and removing the same on completion of the work 1 sq,ft.

Weathering course concrete with broken jelly 20mm size and pure slaked lime over RCC roof slab, the proportion being 32:12.5 for required depth of 80mm for giving required slope and thickness of roof on required, well beaten with wooden beater etc, complete with standard specifications.and as directed by the departmental officers

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 20cmx 20cmx20mm approved quality set in lime Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three crushed stone Sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS at 2% by weight of cement used and the joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same cement mortar mixed with red oxide and water proofing compound including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Supply of cut stone for carrying out Garbagraham, Arthamandapam , Mahamandapam and other temple structure up to 10 feet length Side wall, Pavukkal , Uthiram and all hire charegs for all tools and plants and clearing the site after completeion of work etc., complete.

Removing the old stone and stacking it for refixing including cost and conveyance labour,handling as per instruction of departmental officers etc.,complete.

Refixing the old stone including pointing with lime mortar 1:1.5 (one part of lime and one and half part of sand), labour, conveyance and handling as per instruction of departmental officers etc.,complete.

Providing new sudhai vigrahams in the vimanams and Rajagopurams with galvanised iron rod reinforcement of suitable dia with binding wires wherever necessary, shaping the core with broken bricks set in Lime Mortor 1:3 finishing the same with Lime Mortor 1:3 bringing to the correct shape (Lakshana) in conformift with silpa sastra inclusive of special ornaments, wiapons, peedam etc., complete and providing C.M.
