A.SCOPE OF ELECTRICAL ERECTION WORK

Draining of oil from main tank of the old 50 MVA power transformer into empty oil drum & stacking them neatly as directed by the engineer at site

Removal of old 50 MVA power transformer from plinth and dragging of transformer from its position to the point of loading.(upto 300 ft)

Loading of old 50 MVA transformer on low bed trailer & making arrangement against skidding & tilting of transformer during transportation.

Safe transportation of Old 50MVA transformer from point of loading to the TC store JSR

Unloading of old 50 MVA transformer from low bed trailer & placing safely at TC store JSR

Transportation of accessories/fitting of old transformer per truck(9 MT capacity) including loading/unloading as well as packing of fragile materials to TC store JSR(12 Km)

Loading of New 50 MVA transformer at kandra on low bed trailer & making arrangement against skidding & tilting of transformer during transportation.

Safe transportation of new 50MVA transformer(From Kandra) from point of loading to 132/33KV GSS,Golmuri i.e. upto 1st 50KM

Transportation of accessories/fitting of new 50MVA transformer per truck(9 MT capacity) including loading/unloading as well as packing of fragile materials from kandra to 132/33KV GSS,Golmuri(i.e. 25 Km)

Unloading of new 50 MVA transformer from low bed trailer & dragging upto 300ft.

Removal from slipper & placing it on plinth including fixing of wheels

Complete wiring up of the transformer indicating system, cooler control fans & motor driving mechanism of OLTC panel providing suitable ferrules & lugs

Erection testing & commissioning of 132/33 kV 50 MVA 3 phase power transformer with all T&P supplied by contractor including oil filteration plant

Laying of control cables all size in cable trench.

Laying of earth mat including excavation of trenches, welding,connecting to equipment with 75x8mm GI flat

Construction of 02 Nos. boring type special earth pits with boring upto 100ft.,inserting G.I pipe with 50X6 mm M.S flat in bore hole for 01 nos. 50MVA 132/33KV power transformer

Excavation of earth pit, putting cast iron pipe with flange on one end (As per ISS7181/86) of nominal dia 125 mm and 2.75 meters long inside the pit, backfill the pit in the 25 mm size granules of BH coke and salt of 300 mm thick around and earth pipe of 1150 mm on all the side of pipe including cost and conveyence of BH coke, salt, clamps C.I. pipes and RCC collars, labour charges for all operational and incidental items of work etc, complete.

Labour for fabricating rail pole & placing & fixing it on plinth after cutting & welding with steel plates.

Supply of Galvanised nuts & bolts(foundation bolts)

B.SCOPE OF CIVIL WORK

Excavation in dry soil.

Dismantaling of old RCC foundation

Providing reinforcement steel for RCC with 16mm,12mm,10mm & 8mm as designed.

Providing PCC M-150 grade in nominal mix of(1:2:4) in foundation & top surface

Providing Concreting(1:1.5:3) in RCC in Column & foundation raft

Providing designation 75 A one brick flat soling joints filled with local sand on the top surface.

Supplying & laying good quality stone metal(20mm to 63mm size) as per direction of E/I.

Carriage of materials to work site etc all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I
