Scarifying metalled (water-bound) road surface including disposal of rubbish, lead upto 50 m (fifty meter) and consolidation of the aggregate received from scarifying with power road roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity. as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications. With material conforming to Grade-II (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm )(Fifty three millimeter to zero point zero seven five millimeter) having CBR Value-25 as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge including entire carrriage of material within all leads and lfts and other incidentals.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paverfinisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achievethe desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-I) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.70-1.0 kilogram (zero point seven zero to one point zero kilogram per square meter) using mechanical means as per technical specification clause –502 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and applying tack coat using bitumen emulsion conforming to IS:8887, using emulsion pressure distributer including preparing the surface and cleaning with mechanical broom. On W.B.M / W.M.M. @ 0.4kg/sqm (zero point four kilogram per square metre), as per direction of Engineer- in -Charge, including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals .

2.5 cm (two point five centimeter) premix carpet surfacing with 2.25 cum(two point twenty five cubic metre) and 1.12 cum(one point twelve) of stone chippings of 13.2 mm (thirteen point two millimeters) and 11.2 mm (eleven point two millimeters) size respectively per 100 sqm (hundred square metere) and 52 kg (fifty two kilogramme) and 56 kg (fifty six kilogramme) of hot bitumen per cum of stone chippings of 13.2 mm (thirteen point two millimeters) and 11.2 mm (eleven point two millimeters )size respectively, including a tack coat with hot straight run bitumen, including consolidation with road roller of 6 to 9 tonne capacity etc. complete (tack coat to be paid for separately). With paving Asphalt grade VG - 30 with no solvent as per direction of Engineer- in -Charge, including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.
