The top of the platform shall be made up of anti skid surface with multicoloured pigment resigns. The back coat of fibre-reinforce plastic shall be such that the mat stands are not visible and the surface is tack free. The FRP shall be stiffened with a suitable wooden reinforcement. The vertical supports of the platform are made up of 80 NB GI pipes. The size of Platform is 1.6Mx1.6M. FRP Stairs care 2.5’ ht. The ladder shall be made up of the Fibre Reinforced Plastic with a conservative thickness of 4mm. Ladder should have reinforcement to maintain strength and avoid bending. The top surface of the ladder should be such that it should not deserve any kind of skiddy movement. Bowl Slide: Bowl Slide Sliding chute shall be made up of fibre glass reinforced plastic (FRP) moulded one and shall be with attractive colour and shade. The design of FRP bowl slide shall be minimum permissible joints suitable for children. Such that child should not fall down while sliding down. The FRP slide shall be 3-5 mm thk. There should be suitable handgrip on the side of the slide. Roto Railing. The roto railing is providing for all the decks for safety purposes. It is made in LLDPE in rotational moulding process and has a support of 20 NB powder coated GI pipes. The railing is attached to the support pipe using a nylon clamp. Steering Wheel: The steering wheel is made from rotational molded in plastic and it is attached to the railing of the slide. This wheel gives a driving experience for the children playing on it. Horizontal climber 3’ ht. The curve climber structure is made from25NB GI Pipes. The Pipes are bended to form a semi circle. The steps of the climber are fabricated from 20 NB GI Pipes. The Pipes are welded to the 25 NB frame at specific distance. The vertical support of the from 40 NB GI Pipes. The Structures are to give an enthetic look to the product. Double Swing with Bucket In the double swing the leg support is made up of 40 NB GI pipes and top pipe is of 50 NB GI Pipes with GI junction box with powder coating. The swing is made of 3-4 mm thick LLDPE In Roto moulding Process The bucket seat is fixed on 10mm thick rope. The ball bearings are mounted inside a specially designed nylon clamp.

Wide Slide: The Wide slide chute shall be made up of 4mm thick of Fiber reinforced plastic with self-pigmented. The Wave shape should be in such manner that it will not give any jerk or bump to the rider. The chute has its end such as it causes safe landing of the child. The landing portion should be in horizontal with respect to the ground. There should be support provided made up of 25 NB GI pipe.
