Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m in width and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundations, or excavation for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc., not exceeding 10 sq.m on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth, including getting out excavated earth, in soft/loose soil, complete in all respects as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Materials and Labour for Plain Cement Concrete (PCC) 1:4:8, Type D-2, using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as foundation filling and mass concrete, including mixing, placing, compacting, curing, and finishing, complete in all respects, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Materials and Labour for brickwork with fly ash bricks, built straight or curved on plan to any radius exceeding 6 m, in Cement Mortar (CM) 1:6, including all necessary scaffolding, raking out joints where required, and finishing, complete in all respects, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Materials and Labour for 15 mm thick rendering in ready-mix cement mortar on brickwork or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement for finishing, complete in all respects, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing precast cement concrete Type B0 (1:2:4) using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate, in jaffris, louvres, and jallies, 25 mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frames, and fixing in Cement Mortar (CM) 1:4, complete in all respects, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Precast concrete pillar frames shall be measured separately and paid for under the relevant BOQ item.

Providing precast cement concrete Type B1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, in jaffri side pillars, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks, brackets, etc. (of any section as indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throatings, etc., and setting in Cement Mortar (CM) 1:4, including matching joints, complete in all respects, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Materials and Labour for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement-based paint, including one coat as a priming coat, complete in all respects, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Materials and Labour for returning, filling, and consolidating excavated earth, including spreading, levelling, watering, and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in thickness, complete in all respects, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Materials and Labour for removing excavated material, not exceeding 50 m lead, and depositing the same where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point, complete in all respects, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
