Providing, fitting and fixing steel windows/ ventilators (openable) of standard rolled steel sections as per relevant I.S. Kota-stone slab flooring of 18 mm thick over 20mm thick base of cement plaster 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete. (1) 550mm x 550mm

a) Removing dry or oil bound distemper by washing and scraping and sand papering the wall surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches complete.

d) Applying one coat of alkali resistance primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface after throughly brushing the surfaces free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth.

Wall painting (one coat) with acrylic emulsion paint approved brand and manufacture (Asian paint/ Berger paint/ ICI paint/ J & N paint/ Nerolac) on old wall surface to give an even shade after throughly brushing the surfaces free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth.
