SCHEDULE Á' PART XII Fittings / Fixtures and Misc Items INTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY M & L FOR GI Bracket bend to shape in cold or hot 25 mm bore medium grade and 1.50 M long with suitable MS clamps and nuts bolts etc, to fixing security light fittings to Bldgs complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for earthing complete with GI plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below ground level connected to earth wire 4.0 mm GI wire means of bolts, nuts, washers of galvanized all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I including necessary excavation and earth work, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber, RCC cover in 50mm thick 1:2:4 type B1 with 8mm CTD 140mm centre to centre with suitable handle, watering pipe 20mm dia light grade pipe with funnel, charcoal salt connected to earthing test point all as specified and directed including testing and commissioning on completion. Note : 1. The GI wire 4.0 mm and GI earth protection pipe 15 mm upto 7.5 mtr lenght is included in the unit rate and beyond 7.5 mtr shall be measured and paid seperately. 2. EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY Supply, install and testing Electric driven, 415 Volts, three phase, monoblock pump set, Nos, 3.7KW, Total Head 20mtr, LPS 8.50Litre, Suction and delivery pipe dia size 65/50 mm including MS base frame, PCC platform for foundation grounded with suitable long threaded nuts and bolts all as specified and directed

S & F GM foot valve confirming to IS 4038, having flanged joints suitable size of 50 mm dia including jointing materials such as 3 mm rubber gasket 01 no, 10 mm dia nuts & bolts and washers, GI reducer, sockets etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs Gun Metal Non return reflux valve ISI marked suitable for screwing in GI Pipes of 50mm dia PN1.6 complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY M&L for riddled earth filling in trenches above and below the cable as in cable protection complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

S & F weather proof junction box of inside dimensions 250 x 200x 100 mm with 4 nos of aluminium bus bar complete with connector 2 pole 16A-1 No, MCB SP -6A, 10KA -01 No suitable size flanged type brass cable entry glands confirming to IP 65 complete including fixing to street light pole all as specified and directed.

M & L for earthing for pole complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 X 600 X 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5M below normal ground level connected to GI earth lead strip 32 X 6 mm as earth lead by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washer of GI steel and connecting to testing point including provision of test point and all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR Pt I (2009). The quoted rate is inclusive of necessary earth work and PCC chamber in type CI (1:2:4) with 8 mm CTD bar reinforcement both ways at 140 mm centre to centre complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

FILTRATION PLANT (E/M PORTION) Supply, install, test and commissioning of Factory made Vertical cylindrical type multi grade pressure sand filter capacity minimum 80m3/hour made from MS sheet with suitable size of dia for working pressure 2.5 Kg/cm2 duly painted (inner & outer) with red oxide primer and two coats of epoxy paint complete with suitable size of inlet, outlet valves, NRVs, control valves for operation, back wash system including valve manifold, drain out facilities complete including frontal piping of MS suitable size pipes for discharge of 80 M3/hour/pressure rating 2.5 Kgf/cm2, fittings and filtration rate of 25 m3/m2/hr, including initial filling of filter media, as required for smooth function and operation, all as per manufacturer's recommendations, for swimming pool of 8,00,000 ltr capacity and turn over period of 5-6 hours complete all as specified and directed. Note: 1. Rate quoted shall be inclusive of all type & size of UPVC/HDPE/MS frontal piping, control valves connected to the pressure filter and PCC foundation of suitable size as per manufacturers instructions 2. Piping up to pressure filter inlet & beyond outlet of pressure filter and drain pipe shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply, install, test and commissioning of Air Blower with suitable 3 Ph motor IE-2 rated, ISI marked required for filtration unit back wash process of suitable capacity but not less than 300 Cum /Hr or as recommended by OEM for swimming pool complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, test and commissioning of Water circulation, Horizontal split casing end suction pump 415 V, 50 Hz, 1450 RPM suitable for pressure filter designed discharge capacity 80 m3/hour @ 25 Mtr head having pump efficiency 65-75%, and suitable for filtration plant as per Sl No 24 above for ensuring turnover period 5-6.0 hour with suitable capacity prime mover. The pump shall be of cast iron body, bronze impeller, with mechanical seals, TEFC squirrel cage IE-2 induction motor, with M.S. Fabricated base plate, mounting channel frame, accessories and fittings like pressure gauges, Air release valve, drains, coupling, coupling guard etc including PCC foundation, vibration isolation arrangement complete all as specified and directed. (2 working and 1 stand by)

Supply, install, test and commissioning of chlorine dosing pump (venturi drive pump) 0 - 6 LPH with PP/PVC dozing tank capacity 150 Ltr - 2 Nos and piping for inlet & outlet connection complete with control valves, NRV, metering, electric cabling & copper wiring through suitable size PVC concealed conduit from Main control panel to booster pump complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, test and commissioning of Acid/alkali Dosing pump (venturi drive pump) 0 - 6 LPH with PP/PVC dozing tank capacity 150 Ltr with high speed stirrer and piping for inlet & outlet connection complete with control valves, NRV, electric cabling & copper wiring through PVC conduit from Main control panel to booster pump complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, test and commissioning of Pool Hair & lint catcher of size -500 MM x 750 MM X 40 MM with mesh & handle made of SS 304 grade complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, test and commissioning of Trolley mounted suction sweeper with self priming electric driven pump set suitable for cleaning swimming pool capacity, complete with PVC braided vacuum hose pipe of length minimum 30 Mtr, 900 mm size Aluminium / bronze vacuum head, flexible copper cable from Main, PVC floats, wire rope and all connected accessories complete all as specified and directed

Supply, install, test and commissioning of deck box of suitable size round/square type with water proof covering made of ABS plastic material for under water lights complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, test and commissioning of Pool floor inlets (pool jets) 63 mm dia including tail piece of 63 mm dia 20cm long with pool floor inlets, made out of ABS plastic white colour with SS screws suitable for flow rate of 5000 ltr/hr top of floor tiles provided in bottom of swimming pool all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, test and commissioning of indoor type panel board & Cabling work for pool under water lights & motors , suitable for 440 Volt, 3 phase & Neutral , 50Hz supply, IP-42 Deg of protection, floor mounted weather and vermin proof, factory fabricated with 2 mm thick CRCA sheet (Make -Tata/ sail) ( load bearing members 2 mm thick and non load bearing members such as doors partitions etc of thickness 1.6 mm thick ), with gland plates at bottom with suitable Brass chromium plated glands, with cadmium plated high tensile nut and bolts washers, suitable barrel copper lugs for cable terminations complete, with locking arrangements ,duly powder coated with siemens grey colour after chemical treatment, with suitable ventilation ,including LED RYB indicators ,MCCB's with suitable size copper bus bars, all internal circuit protection wiring with suitable size FRHR 1100 V grade wiring with 2.5 sqmm and MCB protection with suitable rating and 10 KA breaking capacity,including terminal adapters,spreader links on incoming and out going sides of MCCB's, complete, operations incl Auto manual facility for each bank, with bank ON/OFF indication for each bank incl all internal wiring, CT's, Protection devices, MCBs protection for metering, ontactors, indication lamp with suitable driver for under water lights controlled by internal thermal switch with auto reset for 100W,130VA/12-16V of IP 65 Protection etc all as specified and directed.
