Dismantalling of Plate Exchanger from existing frame/foundation for rectification and attending leakages in coiled pipes/plate exhanger with carrying out repairs in rusted structure and tests on heat plates for desired transfer of heat etc complete as required

Exhaust Hood: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of fabricated Stainless Steel Made of 202 grade and 20 gauge thickness , Hood size is of 1200m (W) x 2000mm (L),approx as per standard specification. All work including Mounting, suitable fitting, support, clamps etc.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 5000 CFM at 45 mm wg SP, floor mounted type, double skin air washer unit. Air washer unit shall be PUF injected (CFC free) blower section, TEFC weather proof motor of IP-55 class F insulation, belt drive multi sheave pulley mounted on motor and fan shaft, belt guard, motor & fan mounted on common base plate vibration isolator. Fan motor assembly shall be statically and dynamically balanced. AMCA approved blower, humidification section complete with 8'' thick cell deck pad, 2 pass PVC droplet eliminator, EU-3pre-filter, stainless steel sump, 1/2 HP mono-block pump set etc complete as per specification Air Washer Makes: - BALANCE/ edgetech/Vtech/ Fanair/ Zeco

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 5000 CFM at 55 mm wg SP, floor mounted type, double skin Exhaust air unit. Exhaust air unit shall be PUF injected (CFC free) with centrifugal fan and fan section, TEFC weather proof motor of IP-55 class F insulation, direct/belt driven arrangement or direct driven motors with fan shaft, motor & fan mounted on common base plate with vibration isolator. Fan motor assembly shall be statically and dynamically balanced. AMCA approved blower as per specification with accessories etc as required.

Supplying and fixing of G.I Sheet metal ducting i/c air distribution system, complete thickness gauge i/c nut bolts & gasket etc. as required. (a) 20 Gauge G.I Sheet

Pdg. & fixing Volume Control damper for the each unit to control the supply/exhaust air operation complete as reqd

Canvas Connection with fire ressistance cloth complete as reqd.

Providing and fixing of rockwool insulation on ducts having an density of 48 kg/m3 with 50mm thickness covered with tissue paper and further finished with aluminium sheet etc as required.

Providing and fixing supply air grille/diffuser with VCD to be fixed in supply air path/duct etc complete as required.

Providing and fixing return air grille/diffuser to be fixed in return air path etc complete as required.
