Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (i) In cement mortar.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m (One point five metre) in width or 10 sqm (ten Square Metre)on plan) in all kinds of soil. including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal in all leads and lifts including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable materials. All work of rock cutting by blasting shall be carried out by taking all necessary precautions against soil erosion damage to hill side water pollution etc. and to protect stability of hill side rock shall be excavated with chiseling and wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited) all earth work in cutting/ excavation including rock excavation shall be carried out true to lines grades, side slopes, width , camber super elevation and level as shown on the drawings or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge hauling and stacking of materials useful for construction at suitable sites and safe disposal of unsuitable cut materials in specified dimension or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. If the foundation of the structure is in an area with stagnant water or water is met with in the excavation due to spring seepage rain and other causes it shall be remove by suitable diversion bailing out or pumping as directed and the area of the foundation or embankment shall be kept dry. All the surplus excavated earth to be dumped at dumping site(dumping sites will be arranged by the contractor on his own cost).Any loss to the public or private property during the course of excavation shall be the sole responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be dully compensated by him at his on cost in all cases. including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne (Eight to Twelve tonne) capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm (twenty two point five centimetre) depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earthwith lead upto 50 metres(fifty metres) including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Supplying & Laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specified sizes to WBM specifications in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3 (three) wheeled road/vibratory roller 8-10 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.(i) (i) 63 mm to 45 mm (sixty three milimetre to forty five milimetre) size stone aggregate.
Providing and applying tack coat using bitumen emulsion conforming to IS:8887, using emulsion pressure distributer including preparing the surface & cleaning with mechanical broom including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and laying bituminous concrete 30 mm (thirty milimetre ) thick with 100-120 (one hunderd -one hundred twenty ) TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 ( seventy five ) tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 ( five point four to five point six) per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 (five hundred nine ) complete in all respects including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying Duro stone vetrified tiles (300x300mmx10mm)(three hundred into three hundred milimetre into ten milimetre) in grey/coloured or of approved shade in flooring, treads of steps and landing laid on a bed of 12mm(twelve milimetre) thick cement mortar 1:3 (One cement : three sand) laid over and jointed with neat cement slurry finished with flush pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of required shade to match the shade of tiles complete including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. BP Sheet 1.66mm to 2mm(One point six six milimetre) to two milimetre) thick in eaves board. Facia/ soffits/ ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in-Charge (Base members of steel work shall be measured & paid for separately) including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 18 mm (eighteen milimetre)thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for in floors, steps of stairs including treads, risers dully making nosing complete in all respect, kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm (twenty milimetre)thick base cement mortar 1:4 (one cement : four coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.(i) Granite of any colour and shade.
