Demolition of PCC in ground floors & pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

M&L PCC in foundations, filling and mass-concrete type B2 (1:2:4) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate

Cleaning and removing all scales and dirt, etc from 500 Ltrs tanks and from mouth of circulating pipes etc. incuding marking of date of cleaning complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge ( Note : Next clenning due not less than six month of any water tanks.)

Taking down cement plastering on brick or stone walls including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc inside shafts all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour 15 mm thick plastering in CM 1:4, on other faces of stone masonry sufrace finished smooth and even, including mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions) on wall of shafts all as directed by Engineer-n-Charge. Note : Water proofing compund measured and paid separately

Suppy only liquid water proofing (Compound) all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar(1:6) on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

Material & Labour for applying two coat of oil emulsion distemper on newly surfaces of wall over a coat of primer over wall care putty including perparation of surface by complete removal of distempered and painted surfaces complete.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar(1:3)on concrete surface as in ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for preparation of new treated surfaces and apply three coat of white wash to walls.

M &L for applying two coats of anti fungal paint (Apex Ultima) over a coat of primer including preparation of new plastered surfaces.

M&L one coats of exterior emulsion paint ( Apex or weather coat) , white or tinted on old surfaces of walls including prepration of old surfaces and washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery,electrical fittings, wiring etc. , of drops and splashes complete all as specified .

Material & Labour for preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces at walls including cornices, and applying one coat of white wash on wall facia cornices etc completed all as specified and directed by Engr -in-charge.

All as per serial item No 35 above on Old ceilings.

Material and labour for one coat of oil bound distemper including preparation of old plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old painted steel surface of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing old plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint on surfaces of walls.

Material and labour preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour Painting black circular base n.exc 40 cm dia for building Nos with one coat of synthetic enamel paint.

Material & labour for Writing building Nos or figures (block, Roman, Italic or Indian) with synthetic enamel paint height not exceeding 30cm and width 2 cm over black painted circular base complete

M/L for one coats of floor paint Indigo or equivalent including perparation of old decorated surfaces by filling of cracks with crack seal etc applied with airless spraymachine.

Note :- (1) Rates of external treatment shall deemed to be inclusive of cleaning of bushes/ plants if any found on walls/ceiling/roof and same shall be removed with roots including applying anti growth chemical and making good surfaces. (2) Rate of external treatment include for 15 metre height of building above GL.
