Dismantling and taking out damage/rusted cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates from existing poles / dismantled poles / pole structures complete all as directed by EIC

Taking out of unserviceable insulator any type complete all as specified

Dismantling and taking out old damaged ACSR or AAC conductor complete all as directed

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying of cables & foundation of poles ,stay assembly and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed .

Returning, filling in excavated approved soil, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm each complete all as specified and directed .

Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for GI pipe of Size 80 mm bore light grade under floor, under road cutting and as protection of cable complete all as specified and directed.

B) – 01 Set complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning totally enclosed feeder pillar outdoor type fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet dust and vermin proof powder coated double door type (independent cabin including locking arrangement for each MCCBs, bus bar chamber enclosed and 500 Amp rated bus bar TPN complete suitable for operating on 415 Volt 50 Hz AC supply internally wired with copper conductor having legs 90 cms made out of 50x50x6 mm angle iron grouted on brick masonary platform upto 45 cms. Brick masonary platform should be 60 cms above the Ground Level. Comprising the following:- . Note:- (i) The panel shall be front operated with cable entry from the bottom with cable glands. Earth bus shall be part of the main feeder pillar. (ii) Fabrication of feeder pillar box to be approved by CPRI and width of the panel should not be less than 75 cms. (iii) Cost for construction of platform for panel of brick masonary work in CM 1:6 with foundation PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 including plaster work, PCC copping 1:2:4 (20 mm thick stone aggerate), deemed to be included in the item rate. No extra payment will be made on this account. (iv) MCCB's should be connected with extensions terminals at both side (incoming and outgoing)

Supply & fixing of automatic street light switch using Nature Switch for automatic switching of street lights based on LUX level of natural light the sensor (nature switch) along with suitable power contactors and MCBs (Input-output) should be enclosed in pole/wall mountable enclosure made of rust proof, Electric shock proof, termite proof and FR grade SMC junction box (sintex make) conforming to IP 54.the contactor,MCBs and copper circuit wiring (min.16sqmm) should enough to take three-phase load of 12KW;contactor Rating 25Amps; MCB(SPN) Rating 32 Amps complete all as specified and directed.
