Surface excavation n.exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in sooft/lose soil complete all as directed

Scarifying or picking graveled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area n. exc 400 sqm, exc 50 mm but n. exc 100 mm deep complete all as directed

Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50 m distance and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as directed.

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting with power roller exc 8 tonne & n exc 12 tonne complete all as directed.

M & L for 150 mm thick soling in two layers (75mm each) (or sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stone, interstices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as directed.

M & L for 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM in two layers (75 mm each ) with coarse agg (40 mm to 63 mm size) or (20mm to 50mm size) spread, rolled and consolidated with 8 to 10 tone power roller to gradient and camber reqd with granite, trap or basalt stone complete all as directed.

Preparing surfaces of newly WBM surface with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc and sweeping with brooms and finally fanning to clear the surfaces with compressed air machine to remove all loose dirt etc and applying priming /tack coat with bituminous primer (VG-10) @ 10 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as directed.

M & L for premix bituminous macadam mixed with paving bitumen 4% (by weight of total mix) binder content (VG-30) laid / rolled and compacted to required gradient and chamber (consolidated thickness n.exc 75 mm) with 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as as directed

Preparing the existing black top surface of roads by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with compressed air machine to remove all loose dirt etc and applying by providing priming/tack coat with bitumen primer (VG-10) @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as as directed.

M&L for bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 40mm thick (consolidated thickness) with 5.5% of binder contents paving bitumen (VG-30 ) by weight of total mix, mixed in hot mix plant, transported to site on tippers and laid with mechanical paver and rolled to a uniform smooth surface with 8 to 10 tonne power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as directed.

M&L for repair to pot holes n exc 1.00 sqm each and depth of pot hole exceeding 30mm including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, path etc cutting around edges at least 25mm in depth and applying evenly tack coat @ 5kg per 10 sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3mm size (including supply of premixed macadam binder & chipping) making good by filling in screened and graded road metal and well ramming complete all as directed.

M&L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines,stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic raod marking paint of apporved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufactures instruction complete all as directed.

S&F road stud reflective type of metal body alloy with PAMA strip lens reflector with MS stud of suitable size fixed with adhesive as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as directed.Make: Model No DA-972 of Dark Eye or equivalent of 3M/Sun Eyez/ M/s Texla Plastic & Metal Pvt Ltd / M/s Automat Road Safety Pvt Ltd.

Excavation in trenches n,exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m deep for foundation and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as directed.

S&F Solar road stud made of aluminium alloy , 100% water proof with high efficiency mono crystalling solar panel 2.4 V/ 0.30 watt , one Ni-Mh or Ni-Cd rechargable battery (1.2v/1600MA), six super bright LEDs with 10000 to 18000 mcd, bearing weight of 10 tonnes (appx) fixed as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as directed. M&L for Continuous brick edging; with width equal to the width of the brick using burnt clay bricks, sub class B, designation -75 laid dry on end vertically all as specified and directed
