Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix (One cement four sand and eight metal) using 40mm ISS hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation and flooring including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not exceeding 15cm thick to required thickness including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and labour charges etc., complete complying with standard specification

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two crushed stone sand and four hard broken stone jelly) using 20mm jelly for wearing coat including laying, compacting, finishing and curing, etc., complete as per standard specificatins and as directed by the departmental officers.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing Precast Reinforced Cement Concrete slabs of following thickness in RCC 1:2:4 (one cement, two sand and four aggregates), using following HBGS jelly excluding cost of reinforcement steel in position but including cost of moulding charges, casting of slab, finishing, curing and fixing in position in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Painting two coats with ready mixed Plastic Emulsion Paint approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, etc complete and including necessary plaster of paris, putty, wherever required etc, complete as per standard specification. - 10 sq.m

Painting two coats with enamel paint over for old iron work including cost of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete.

Wiring with 2x1.5(22/0.3) sqmm PVC unsheathed SC Copper conductor of 1100 V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories and with T.W. switch box with 5amps F.T. switch in flush with wall covered with hylum sheet of 3mm thick with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wireconnection of 14 SWG wire for open Light point & fan point [ SD No. 20 ]

Supply and fixing of 4 feet LED Fitting of 20watts using higher end philips/havells/equivalent as per pwd sor 2022-2023 pg no.114 item no;-15

Supply and fixing of 1200 mm (48") AC ceiling fan complete with stepped electronic 300W regulator with 1 1 meterdown rod on the existing clamp.[ SD No. 110 ]
