Plain cement concrete of mix 1 : 4 : 8 ( one cement , Four sand and Eight aggregates ) using 40 mm ISS HBG metal for foundation and flooring, including , dewatering, if found necessary, and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick, well rammed and consolidated, including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges for mixing, laying, compacting and curing etc. completed as per standard specification and as directed by departmental officials

Supplying and erecting for shuttering, including necessary supports for plan surface in foundation and basement for RCC column footings, Plinth beams, Staircase steps, etc. Using mild steel sheets of size 90 cm X 60 cm and 10 gauge, stiffened with mild steel angle of size 25 mm X 25 mm X 3 mm for boarding, supported by silver oak joists of size 10 X 6.5 cm, spaced at about 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casuarinas props of 10 cm to 13 cm dia spaced at 75 cm centre to centre complete, complying with standard specifications and as directed.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two sand and Four hard broken stone jelly) using 20mm jelly for wearing coat including laying, compacting, finishing and curing, etc., complete as per standard specificatins and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing Granular surface base to the required surface using murram, Granular soil of size varying from 4mm to 75mm including cost of material and cost of labour for stacking, spreading and consolidating layer by layer (Each layer not exceeding 100mm) including hire charges of Roller etc, complete as per the direction of Departmental officers.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 (One part of Cement, one and half part of Crushed Sand (M- Sand), three coarse aggregates) using 20mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Supply and fixing of Bitumen Felt 15 mm thick pad including cost and conveyance and fixing Labour charges.

Supply and Delivery of Cement Pipe complete. complete complying with standard specification. Including all charges as per the direction of Departmental officers.

Hire charges for JCB Loading and Unloading Charges complete complying with standard specification. Including all charges as per the direction of Departmental officers.
