M&L for preparation of new surface and applying two coat of distemper on wall incl Priming plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint over a coat of wall care putty complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old surface and applying two coat of distemper on wall incl Priming plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint over a coat of wall care putty complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new surface and applying three coat of white wash on ceiling, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding/backing etc, removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off from the premises (Defence land), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles (light shades) of 10 mm thick polished area of each tile n.exec.36 Sqm laid as in floors setting and jointed with cement slurry over & including 15 mm thick screed bedding layers of cement sand mortar ( 1:6) and pointed with coloured cement to match with surfaces of tiles complete all as specified and das directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 23 here in before but on vertical surface such as dado/skirting, including Rendering/backing 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on brick wall surfaces, other than fair faces of brick work finished even and fair to receive tiles.

M&L for Non-skid coloured ceramic tiles, 7 to 8mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles laid over including 15 mm thick screed bead in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per item No 24 here in before but on vertical surface such as dado/skirting, including Rendering/backing 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on brick wall surfaces, other than fair faces of brick work finished even and fair to receive tiles, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size (350x250x7)mm/ (450x300x7)mm thick on vertical surface such as in dado/skirting/risers to steps etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles and including 10 mm thick backing coat in CM (1:4) including dismantling of tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for exterior (out door) wall tiles 350mX250mmX7 to 8mm or 350X 450X 7mm to 8mm thick on vertical surface, jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match with tiles incl back plaster 10 mm thick in cm 1:4 with WPC including dismentling complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided and including removal upto 20 km from premises (defence land), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded aggregate stone as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing water proofing treat ment to RCC sunken slab as specified and directed as under (a) cleaning the existing RCC sunken slab and vertical wal/ RCC beam and hacking the surface. (b) 15 mm thick plastering over floor & vertical surfaces in 1:4 mixed with liquid water profing compound @ 200 per 50 kg of cement troweled to even and smooth finish without using extra cement. (c) Filling the sunken portion with water for 72 hrs and carrying out the ponding test (Any leakage / seepage noticed shall be repaired). (d) Applying two coats of elastometric acrylic water proof coating make Dr. Fixit of pidlite, Tapecrete from Cico or equivalent in sika as per sqm in each coat with roller application (Note each coat of elastomeric acrylic compound reqiuires 6-8 hrs to dry up itself second coat shall be applied on getting the first coat completely dried up. Min quantity required for coating as per manufacture instruction) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness below or above ground level, and inclu removal upto 20 km from premises (defence land), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, path/hardstanding/subbase etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 50mm thick Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D 2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in sub bases, sub floors etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling to Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc, and inclu removal upto 20 km from premises (defence land), complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Rubber moulded chequered tile gloxy finished (Size 30cm x 30cm) x 25mm thick, machine pressed; set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, with grey cement and color pigment and cut and polished laid over including 15 mm Screed bed or bedding layer of CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment laid, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Green Marble work 18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms , similar work and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Pre polished Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-22mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, incl over 15 mm Screed bed or bedding layer of CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge
