Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre deep in any type of soil, getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level for poles / stay assembly / cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for road cutting, PCC hard standing as per site requirement including excavation for laying of GI pipe and making good the disturbed surfaces all as per existing surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material from site to a distance not exceeding 50 metre away and depositing where directed not exceeding 1.5 metre from the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan not exceeding 6 m mean radius built in CM (1:4) for sluice valve pit complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for rendering plaster 10 mm thick on fair face of brick work or concrete surface inside sluice valve pit in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Suface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 50 cm deep and getting out in soft / loose soil including taking out vegetation from entire area of water supply installation complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for cement concrete in foundation subways (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) including demolishing existing complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for subways 40 mm thick including demolishing existing complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down plaster of any thickness on brick or stone wall of sluice valve pit including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down, of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for preparation of rusted or previous untreated surface of old painted surface of sluice valve pit mild steel sheet cover scrubbing, cleaning and painting to sluice valve pit both side of any description over 10 cm in wide or girth not otherwise described and painted with synthetic enamelled black paint two coats over a coat of red oxide primer including writing location / area with white paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out unserviceable / damage sluice valve pit mild steel top cover along with angle iron frame for repair, denting, necessary welding work, provision of replacement of two no's of mild steel hinges 6" heavy duty and provision of lifting handle and refixing in position along with angle iron frame with the help of nut, bolt after necessary repair / in position as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out unserviceable sluice valve of size 100 / 150 mm bore dia in position for repair complete with refacing, regrinding, replacing staffing box of spindle, nut, bolt, washer, rubber gaskits, repair to GM seat with gaskit, gland cup filling gland dori and refixing after repair in site complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for replacement of CI sluice valve PN 1.6 with iron wheel head of size 150 mm bore with stainless steel spindle both end flanged complete with nut, bolts, washer and rubber gaskit 3 mm thick conforming to ISI 14846/2000 complete all as specified and directed.
