Amount
Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour.
a) Two coats
Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content.
a) With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre.
Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : (a) One or more coats on old work.
Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade :
(a) Old work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm) over existing cement paint surface.
Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.
French spirit polishing :
One or more coats on old work.
Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground , all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge.
With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand).
Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty:
Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm).
Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) :
(a)For fixed portion. (i) Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)
(b) For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately).
(i) Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)
Providing and applying acrylic polymer modified waterproofing membrane as per following operations in the following sequence.
(i) Scrub and clean the surface to free it from any loose flakes or particles (ii) Cracks other than hairline should be suitably widened,free from loose particle and fill them with mortar(ii)Prepare a slurry consisting Brushband RFX Powder 5kg : Nitobond BBX 1.63 L : to 1L of water or equivalent all as per manufacturers specifications.(ii)Applying the same slurry on wall as per manufacturers specification /as per the direction of engineer in charge.(iii)Apply Brushbond RFX in 2 coats to achieve 1mm thickness. (iv)The second coat of Brushbond RFX shall be applied as soon as the first coat has reached touch dry state.
Pressure grouting into wall which includes following operations in the following sequence.
(i)Fixing of PVC nozzles of 15mm dia at the rate of 7nos per sqm by drilling holes(ii) Grouting with pressure grouting machine the mixture of cement slurry with CEBEX-100 of Fosrock or equivalent make of approved quality(iii)Removing nozzles and finishing the nozzle points with neat mixture of Renderoc plug cement plaster in cement mortar 1:6(iv) The whole operation shall be carried in a professional manner and as per manufactiurers specification where ever required to arrest leakage and dampness. The rate includes all the materials required for the operation i/c cement, chemical etc complete as per directions of Engineer in charge.
