Cement concrete 1:4:8 ( One of cement, four of sand and eight of hard broken stone jelly) for foundation and flooring using 40 mm size broken stone jelly inclusive of shoring, strutting, baling out water wherever necessary ramming, curing etc., complete in all respect complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

M30 Cement Concrete M 30 Design Mix using ordinary portland cement with water cement ratio not exceeding 0.45 including plasticizer etc for all RCC works namely TEE, ELL or rectangular beams, lingtel, parapet cum drops, waist and landing slab, canophy, circular column, fin projects, sunshades, window boxing slab, slab and other similar works using 20mm gauge down graded hard broken stone jelly excluding the cost and fabriation of reinforcement grills, shuttering and centering but including vibrating, laying, curing, finishing etc., complyibng with relevant standard specifications

In foundation and Basement

Ground floor

Supply and erecting shuttering including necessary support for plane surface in foundation and basement for RCC raft slab, beams, column footings, plinth beams, steps etc., using suitable MS sheets of BG 10 stiffened with welded suitable MS angles of size 25 x 25 x 3mm for boardings supported by casurina props 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at suitable intervals etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Providing form work for foundation etc., complete in all respect complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

For plane surfaces such as Rcc Roof slab, beams,Lintels,bet blocks,landing slab, portico slab, beeams etc.,

Providing form work IN SMALL QUANTITY etc., complete in all respect complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five sand), 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

White washing three coats using clean shell lime slacked and screened including cost of lime, gum, blue brushes, scaffolding etc., complete complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the departmental officer.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)

Supply of LUCY Make 11kv/630A/21KA 5Way (RRLLL) Outdoor RMU Completed with 2 No's 11KV / 630A On Load Isolator and 3 No 11KV /200A SF6 Vacuum Circuit Breaker with New Version of compatibility Provision of SCADA Arrangement of Motorized Operating System, as Per TANGEDCO New Specification.without FRTU & MODEM.

Supply and providing of suitable Base Frame 5 Way (RRLLL) Outdoor RMU and complete accessories as per the electrical standards, with suitable clamping arrangements etc.

Supply and providing of 40mm Dia solid rod Cl Earthing electrode and complete accessories as per the electricalstandards, with suitable clamping arrangements etc…

Supply and Erection of Supplying of GI Earth Flat 50x 6mm 100% micron Grade in open Fashion with necessary clamps, screws etc

Supply and Erection of Supplying of Gl Earth Flat 25x 6mm 100% micron Grade in open Fashion with necessary clamps&screws etc

Supply and Erection of Copper LA with suitable copper earthing outlet'setc

Supply and Erection of Cable Tray/ladder for HT Cables, with Neutral insulators of 10ft & 12H x 300mm wide and foot every 450 x 450mm by 25 x 6mm MS. Grade Flats and etc

Supply and Erection of Cable Tray/ladder for LT Cables, with Neutral insulators of 10ft & 12ft x 300mm wide and foot every 450 x 450mm by 25 x 6mm MS. Grade Flats and etc

Supply and Installation of HT cable termination KIT with allrequired necessary accessories 5-ID & 3-OD
