Steel tubular swaged pole with cast iron base plate finial tapper plug, bolts nuts and screws and specified type 410-SP-31 ( 9 Mtr long) in truly vertical position 1.5 m length of pole above ground level shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint in strips of 30 cm width, black and yellow alternatively and painting with two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer on rest part of pole and its connected parts complete all as specified laying GI pipe light grade for cable protection and fixing to existing pole with flat iron clamp 25x3mm including nuts bolts and washers etc complete of 40mm dia including taking out old unserviceable pole, complete all as specified and directed.

Pin type insulator porcelain, vitreous, white/ brown or green insulators including one galvanized MS spindle, two galvanized iron washer, GI nut of size 100 mm height and 65mm dia 1100 volts grade, complete all as specified and directed.

Shackle type insulators, porcelain, vitreous white/ brown or green including galvanised MS strips, bolt, nuts and washer of size 75mm height and 90mm dia, size of strap section 31x3mm and dia of 12 mm for working pressure 1100 volts grade, complete all as specified and directed.

Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plate fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shapes size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, and one under coat and one finished coat of aluminium paint incl dismantling of old unsv, complete all as specified and directed.

Aluminium conductors steel reinforced (ACSR) of any size for OH lines including stretching, binding wire, jumpers, line taps etc incl dismantling of old unsv, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in repair of stay assembly complete with accessories as shown in electric plate No. 1 and including loop type insulator white brown or green with over all dimensions 65x90mm, clearance of hole 16mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement 1.50 sqmm three core PVC insulated flexible copper conductor cable to cut pieces all as required drawn into conduit/pipe fixed to wall or pole, complete all as specified and directed.

Continuous earth wire/guard cradle hexagonal/rectangular fabricated with 4mm dia galvanized mild steel, binding wire incl dismantling of old unsv complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs security light brackets with 1.50mtrs long 40mm dia medium grade galvanised iron pipe with 30° bend including flat iron clamps, nuts, bolts and washers to brace the same properly duly painted with two coats of silver coloured synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer and making the good to disturbed surfaces to match with existing, complete all as specified and directed.

LED street light fitting 45 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type, energy saving and environment friendly light fitting with electronic geart housed with high pressure die cast aluminum housing LED street light luminaires complete with IP66 protection including all accessaries and taking down old existing unsv, complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of outdoor type SMC junction box of size 170x170x105mm one piece moulded SMC door hinged fixed base with hinged right or left side and fixed to the foundation pole with suitable fixing arrangement bus bar with single electrolytic aluminium for both phase and neutral supported on FRP insulator and cut out complete fixed on the pole with suitable inlet and outlet , provision for cable connection, MCB SP 6 Amps rating 'B' curve for controling the pole light including necessary connection, complete as specified and directed .

Supply and laying in repairs 50mm dia GI tubing light grade with all fitting laid in trenches or fixed on wall or along pole complete for protection of electric cable/strip or crossing of nallaj/bridge/road etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in repairs 40mm dia GI tubing light grade with all fitting laid in trenches or pavement or fixed on wall or along pole complete for protection of GI strip or crossing of nallaj/bridge/road etc., complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 1100 volt grade heavy duty XLPE cable with PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanized steel strip or wire and overall PVC sheathed of size 50 sqmm nominal cross section 3.50 core laid in trenches, fixed to pole or passing through pipes including all necessary clamps, nuts, bolts washers complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Earth work and protection work shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items of BOQ. (ii) The cost of thimbles/lugs and cable gland etc. are included in quoated rate and nothing extra will be paid.

S&F in repair 1100 volt grade heavy duty XLPE cable with PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanized steel strip or wire and overall PVC sheathed of size 35 sqmm nominal cross section 3.50 core laid in trenches, fixed to pole or passing through pipes including all necessary clamps, nuts, bolts washers complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Earth work and protection work shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items of BOQ. (ii) The cost of thimbles/lugs and cable gland etc. are included in quoated rate and nothing extra will be paid.

S & F in repair earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 20x3mm copper strip, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement air termination, single pointed copper rod 12mm dia and 300mm long, including fixing of GI base on epoxy insulators of suitable size to isolate from the roof and fixing of insulators on roof over the purlin using self tapping screws of suitable length or other means to make the roof leakage proof for fixing of air terminal rod and connecting with down/roof conductors, complete all as specified and directed.

Electric water heater, storage type steel body with copper inner tank and heating element upto 2 KW capacity 25 litre, BEE 5 Star rated complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostate, NRV, connection piece etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB, 20 Amps, complete all as specified and directed.

Sub main wiring with two single core PVC insulated flexible copper conductor cable of size 2.50 sqmm and one single core PVC insulated flexible copper conductor cable green colour of size 2.50 sqmm as earth lead in & including PVC casing capping medium grade 2mm thickness ISI marked, complete all as required at site or directed.

Supply & fixing in repair aluminium strip 25x3mm, incuding epoxy/procelain insulators of suitable size, distance between insulators not more than1mtr including fixing screws, washers etc. complete for PCC block of size 200x200x200mm for RCC roof using screws, washers, gutti/rawal plugs etc., complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair bus bar chamber of size 60x60x45cm suitable for 3 phase 433 volts, outdoor type made out of 3.15mm thick MS sheet with 200 Amps rated aluminium bus bar(4 Nos) PVC sleeves and coloured (red, yellow, blue and black) with locking arrangements and angle iron stand of size 40x40x6mm frame grouted in ground with PCC foundation 1:2:4 type B-1 with 20mm graded stone aggregate alongwith all necessary cable connections, lugs and cable gland including 2 coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.
