A-Electrical Arrangements (Note: Unit rates are inclusive of all taxes)
Supply of 1core 630 mm² LT XLPE aluminium UG Cable, 1100 Volts as per IS:7098/Pt.I/1988 or latest
Laying of 1core 630 mm² multi strand LT XLPE cable, connecting with suitable glands connectors etc. Testing and commissioning of LT XLPE cable as per directions of the engineer at site.
Supply of 1core 800 mm² LT XLPE aluminium UG Cable, 1100 Volts as per IS:7098/Pt.I/1988 or latest
Laying of 1core 800 mm² multi strand LT XLPE cable, connecting with suitable glands connectors etc. Testing and commissioning of LT XLPE cable as per directions of the engineer at site.
Supply of 4core 400 mm² LT XLPE aluminium UG Cable, 1100 Volts as per IS:7098/Pt.I/1988 or latest
Laying of 4 core 400 sq.mm multi strand LT XLPE cable, connecting with suitable glands connectors etc. Testing and commissioning of LT XLPE cable as per directions of the engineer at site.
Supply of 4core 185 mm² LT XLPE aluminium UG Cable, 1100 Volts as per IS:7098/Pt.I/1988 or latest.
Laying, connecting, testing and commissioning of 4 core 185 sq.mm multi strand LT XLPE cable as per directions of the engineer at site.
Supply of 4core 120 mm² LT XLPE aluminium UG Cable, 1100 Volts as per IS:7098/Pt.I/1988 or latest.

Excavation of cable trench 30 cm widex90cm deep in all types of soils for LTUG cable as per the direction of engineer at site
Cutting of asphalted road/ concrete/ cement/ under the track etc., and excavation of 13 cable trench 30 cm widex90cm deep road etc., for laying of LTUG cable. After laying of cable the trench should be brought to its original position by providing tar/ concrete/ cement as per the site conditions and as per directions of Rly. Engineer.
Supply, laying, connecting & commissioning of 50x6mm/ 40x5mm/ 25x 6mm thick GI Strip for earth pit as per the directions of engineer at site 5173002.0
Design, fabrication, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of cubicle type 14SWG (2 mm) LT panel (outdoor) with 3000 amps sectionalized electrolytic copper bus bar (Copper Bus Bars should be uniform sizes of RYBN). All the (incoming only) ACB should be provided with LT Tri-vector digital meters and incoming ACB & DG set MCCB should be provided with Ammeter, 15 voltmeter, selector switches and RYB indication lamps. LT panel board should confirm to IS-8623 or latest. The digital type KWH meter with CTs of suitable capacity with smart meters for incoming supply and digital type KWH meter with CTs of suitable capacity for each out going feeders including with all other connected accessories etc., as directed by Engineer at site. Supply of earth pit materials and construction of earth pit as per IS 3043:1987 specification. This item also includes of supply and erection of CI pipe of size of 100mm inner 18 diameter, 13mm thickness and 3000mm length. This work also includes of fabrication and fixing of GI strips for earthing connection. Excavated earth pit should be filled by mixture of coke/charcoal, salt and sand up to top. Provision of brick masonry chamber of size 650mmx650mm and depth upto 1000mm including light type CI cover frame and applying 12mm thick cement plaster in 1:3 inside and to all the exposed faces up to 300mm below. Foundation level, curing etc., All required materials for this job such as CI pipe cover with frame, salt, cement sand, charcoal gravel, bricks etc. required bolts, nuts and double washers, number plates or painted plates. Tentative quantity of salt and charcoal shall be of 2.5CMt. The CI pipe should be painted with 2 coats of bitumen paint as per the directions of Rly engineer at site. Note: The work should be strictly done as per IS 3043:1987 specification or latest.
Supply of 150 mm dia "B" class G.I. pipe and fixing with suitable clamps on rail poles including laying of conductors through G.I. pipe.

Removing, disconnecting of existing substation main panel including loading, unloading, shifting and same to be handed over to concerned Supervisor's stores as per the direction of engineer at site

Design, fabrication, supply, fixing of MS Steel Structure including angles/ channels of 27 suitable sizes as per site condition including necessary clamps, bolts, nuts, washers including painting with two coats of red oxide, one coat of aluminum etc. for cable crossing over the road/roof/ground as per directions of engineer at site.
Fabrication, supply, laying and fixing of S.S perforated cable tray of size 600 mm x 28 150 mm x 3 mm thickness with cover (cover thickness-2mm), SS 304 grade. The cable trays should be fixed on the roof, under COP, wall, with suitable clamps, bolts & nuts etc., firmly and rigidly as per the directions of engineer at site.
Disconnecting, trimming, cutting, re-routing, connecting, testing, commissioning of cable (upto 120 Sq.mm) along with other accessories including alignment of cables as per the directions of engineer at site.
