RequiredAs per terms and condition of the tender documents
RequiredThe bidder shall deploy DCMs of 6T payload capacity with (3 Men) labours along with driver on hire basis (@ 2 trips/vehicle/day)at field in respective Circle.
RequiredThe vehicles shall be deployed in the respective circles in the Zone as per the instruction of the concerned officer(s) of UBD.
RequiredThe green waste shall be lifted from the points shown by the concerned officer /staff designated from the designated points. Each vehicle shall perform 2 trips per day
RequiredThe bidder should have owned/ leased vehicles of DCMs as mentioned in scope of work and should have RTA registration/permit in Telangana state valid for the contract duration.
RequiredThe bidder should have similar experience(approx. 50% of estimated value)in providing DCMs for Urban Bio-Diversity works on hire basis.
RequiredThe bidder should have minimum turnover (approx. equivalent to of estimated value) in any one year during the last (5) consecutive financial years of 2021-22, 2022-23 , 2023-24 , 2024-25 & 2025-26with value of work
RequiredThe bidder shall submit the IT Returns (AY : 2021-22, 2022-23 , 2023-24 , 2024-25 & 2025-26 )(Copies shall be uploaded along with Tender)
RequiredThe bidder should have PAN, GST Registration Certificate (Copies shall be uploaded along with Tender).
RequiredThe bidder shall submit the self-declaration on blacklisting and litigation history.
RequiredEPF Registration certificate and latest PF challans (Paid challan to be uploaded should have been remitted during the past 3 months from the date of this tender notification) in respect of Manpower working under the bidder is mandatory.
RequiredESI Registration certificate and latest ESI challans (Paid challan to be uploaded should have been remitted during the past 3 months from the date of this tender notification)in respect of manpower working under the bidder is mandatory.
RequiredProof of valid Labour license issued by competent authority should be uploaded by the bidder is mandatory.
