Weight of one liner 60 grams + 2 grams. Liner should be vergin food grade. Liner should be as follows DART-ASTMD-1709, 176 gms. Ultimate elongation - ASTMD-882, 1800 MD% 1360 TD% Tensile strength ASTM-8802, MD, 600 Kg. per cm2. Note: - One kg. of LDPE liner consisting of 15-17 pcs. Note: The Total weight should be approx 15000 Kg of 240000 nos PP liners.) Justification :-It is submitted that the above-mentioned material is required for the packaging of sugar. As per the guidelines and directions issued by the Ministry of Textiles, Government of India, under the Jute Packaging Materials (Compulsory Use in Packing Commodities) Act, 1987 (JPM Act), it has been stipulated that 20% of the sugar produced is required to be packed compulsorily in jute bags, as communicated vide Letter No. Jute (Mktg)/52/20	1	Kg.	-	-
