Construction of septic tank for 50 users complete all as specified and shown on drawings

Construction of soakage well 3.00 meter internal dia x 4.50 meter effective depth including earth work in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, brick wall of honey combed with top ring of M-25 (Design Mix) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate concrete, form work, reinforcement including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of brick masonary in CM (1:4) , RCC cover slab in M25/SFRC cover, interconnecting pipes of RCC/DWC pipes, bends and fittings Complete, filled with brick bats complete all as shown on drgs,specified and directed .

Construction of brick masonry valve pit of size (60 x 60 x 60) cm (internal dimension of chambers) with brick work in cement mortar 1:4 including plastering internally and pointing externally as the work proceeds complete with MS sheet cover 3.15 mm thick and angle iron frame 40 x 40 x 6mm with handle, locking arrangement and painting with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces including earth work and excavation in any type of soil, disposal of surplus spoil not exceeding 50 m, concrete work etc. complete all as spedified and directed.

Cutting of PCC/Hard standing/WBM road not exceeding 20 cm in width not exceeding 30 cm in depth for passing of LT cable and making good of disturbed surface to match with the existing surfaces by using bitumen/PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meters below ground level surrounded on all sides by 150 mm thick charcoal & common salt starting from ground below earth plate upto 150mm above GI plate in alternate layers connected to galvanized earth strip 32x6 mm by means of nuts, bolts, thimbles, chuck nuts, washers of GI or steel, PCC (concrete chamber of size 300 mm x 300 mm x 300 mm inside dimension) shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with fair finish , internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4, funnel with wire mesh of 22 gauge, 80 mm thick PCC pit cover 320 mm x 320 mm of RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with XPM, JALLI pit all as shown in electrical plate No 5 of MES SSR Part-I (2009) as specified including provision of 40mm dia medium grade GI pipe for earth strip protection and 20 mm dia for watering complete , all excavation and earth work & connecting the earthing to an earthing test point /LT Panel as specified and testing on completion for desired result complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down old serviceable pole 9/11 Mtr long alongwith serviceable 04 Nos flood lights and accessories connection box panel/MCBs and refixing in other location for same materials as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge on location all as specified and directed Note :- Earth work and PCC work will be considered seperately under respective items

Solar road studs125x125x25mm made out of aluminium alloy complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

LED lamp 15 watt, CDL, B-22 cap, (Pin type), 230V, PF-0.95 (min),complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Construction of PCC platform for transofrmer of size 3.5m x 3m and 1.2 m high from ground level with brick construction in walls and steps, XPM fencing with angle iron post including gate with locking arrangement, PCC 1:5:10 type E2 (using 40 mm graded crusheel stone aggregate) in foundation, brick work in CM 1:4, 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 to walls, 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in flooring 40 mm thick PCC on steps, painting to fencing with two coats fo synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.
