Satisfactorily completed (at least 90% of the contract value), similar nature of work from a single contract such as Construction Bridge cum Barrage/Barrage/Anicut/Check Dam of value not less than Rs. 70.62 Lakhs during the last five years (2020-21 to 2024-25). The value of the completed work shall be given a weight of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of FY 2025-26.The work done certificate should be obtained duly Signed from an Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of the concerned division

Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs. 73.20 Lakhs (Credit lines/ letter of credit/ certificates from banks) for meeting the fund requirement etc.
Achieved in at least two financial years during last 5 years (i.e., 2020-21 to 2024-25) Minimum financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs. 282.46 Lakhs should not be less than Two times the Estimated Annual Payments under this contract. Financial turnover of previous years will be given a weightage of 10% per year to bring them to price level of FY 2025-26.
Tenderers who meet the specified minimum qualifying criteria will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under: Assessed available tender capacity (AxNx1.5-B), Where A is Maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years i.e.2020-21 to 2024-25 (updated to 2025-26 price level) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. N is Number of years (0.5 years) prescribed for completion of the works for which tenders are invited. B is Value, at 2025-26 price level, of existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed during the next 0.5 years (06 Calendar months) Note: The statements showing the value of existing commitments and ongoing works as well as the stipulated period of completion remaining for each of the works listed should be countersigned by the Employer in charge, not below the rank of an Executive Engineer or equivalent.

Cutting and burning or disposing off Apu/ Jondu from marshy areas as directed with all other ancillary operations with all lead and lifts, etc. complete and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge of the work.
Providing and laying in position cement concrete mix 1:2:4 using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates for levelling course for all works in foundation. The granite/ trap/ basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed, laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm thickness, well compacted using plate vibrators, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing, and all the other appurtenances required with all lead and lifts, etc. complete and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge of the work.
Providing and fixing 25 mm dia 2.75 m long ribbed steel anchor rods with one end split and driven fimly using steel wedge into 1.25 m deep 38 mm dia. hole drilled in bed rock and other end provided with L-bend for embedding in concrete/ masonry for spillway and appurtenant works including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, steel wedge, drilling and cleaning hole, filling hole with thick cement slurry, driving anchor rod and all other ancillary operations with all lead and lifts, etc. complete and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge of the work.
Providing and laying in position Reinforced cement concrete for all Foundation works. The granite/ trap/ basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticizers laid in finished layers, well compacted using needle vibrators, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials, quality confirming to the requirements of relevant IS codes, labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing and all the other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. (The cost of steel reinforcement & formwork to be paid separately) M20 Design Mix Using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates.
Providing centering, shuttering, formwork, scaffolding, with all lead and lifts, etc. complete and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge of the work.
Providing and laying insitu vibrated M-20 (28 days cube compressive strength not less than 20 N/ sq mm) grade cement concrete using 20 mm down size approved, clean, hard, graded aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticisers, laid in layers, well compacted using needle vibrators, including cost of all materials of quality, confirming to the requirements of relevant IS codes, labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing, centering, formwork and scafolding and all other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications for check dam/ pickups/ irrigation tanks/ waste weir/ sluice, sluice canal and other allied works like abutments/wing walls/returns/cutoff walls works & all necessary works as directed and complete as per specification.
Supplying, fitting and placing TMT FE 550/ 550D Steel Reinforcement including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, cleaning, straightening, cutting, bending, hooking, laping/welding joints, tying with binding wire/ soft annealed steel wire and other ancilary operations complete as per drawing and technical specification.
Providing casing embankment using semi-pervious/ pervious approved soil from borrow areas in layers of 250 to 300 mm (before compaction) including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, all other operations such as collection of soil, spreading soil in layer of specified thickness, sorting out, breaking clods, levelling, sectioning edges/ sides, watering, compacting each layer to density control of not less than 95 percent or as stipulated using power roller and all other ancillary operations complete.
Providing and constructing 75 mm dia PVC pipe weep holes for concrete/ masonry walls including providing 200 x 200 x 200 mm size porous concrete block made of cement and 20 mm down coarse aggregate in 1:4 proportion including 100 mm thick sand backing at the junction of wall and soil back fill, cost of all materials, machinery, labour & all necessary works as directed and complete as per specification.
Providing and constructing dry rubble stone pitching with pin headers at 2 per m2 using stones and stone chips from approved source including cost of all materials, labour, hand packing/ wedging stone chips, finishing and all other ancillary operations complete.(300mm thick)
