Taking down of old unserviceable PVC Stop valve S&F new PP-R gate valves (brass insert) including fittings such brass male sockets of size 25 mm including cutting of existing GI pipe or as required at site and fixing properly all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning outdoor type cubical LT automatic power factor correction (APFC) panel board for 3 phases, 4 wire, design verified as per IS/IEC 61439-182 for 415 volts, 50 Hz rated fault level 65 KA with internal arc containment with IP 54 protection rupturing capacity at 415 volts, factory made in an approved factory having seven tank treatment process for powder coating with thickness not less than 60 microns with paint shade RAL-7035 provided with suitable gasket to make it dust/vermin proof & general construction mounted on angle iron frame with 'F' class insulator of non hygroscopic, non combustible track resistant material, along with frame made out with angle iron (L=1.6, H=0.5 and depth =0.45) mtr, 300 mm above ground level and 300 mm below ground, grouted in PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 comprising of the following :-

(a) OUTER SHELL : The outer shell shall be made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet & MS angle section 50x50x6mm frame with front and back openable, double door system lockable/openable by keys from both sides having flush pattern fancy locks with louvers & air vent gasket for natural flow of air "U" type gasket shall be used to make the outer shell completely vermin proof . The bottom of the outer shell completely vermin proof. The bottom of outer shell contains a detachable plate having provision for entry of armoured cable of adequate size with glands. The dimension of outer shall be adequate to accommodate inner shell described below giving 75 to 100mm space all around & shall be fabricated in such a way that the complete inner shell along with its control gears & accessories could be taken outside without disturbing outer shell. Provision of threaded stud at bottom and lifting lugs of suitable size at top to lift the panel, safety shall be made with degree of protection of outer shell shall be IP 56. Computer out self adhesive vinyl danger notice plate having conventional symbol of bone and skull be provided complete all as specified and directed at site.

(b) INNER SHELL : Inner shell be made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet duly compartmentalized for each control gear, front and back openable single door system lockable/openable by keys both sides having chromium plated 19,, dia fancy locks (02 Nos in each compartment) having louvers & air vent gasket for natural air flow, 'U" type gasket shall be used to make the inner shell completely vermin proof & to accommodate incomer/outgoing MCCBs and electrical grade aluminium for rated continuous current of 400 Amps for main bus bar with 65KA short time current (rms) for 1 sec & 105 KA (Peak) rated dynamic short circuit with stand with heat shrinkable sleeves along with shrouds for joints & earth bus bar of aluminium 50x10Sqmm size (minimum) with short circuit rating of 30KA per sec duly colour coded shall be mounted on suitable size "F" class insulator FRP/SMC/DMC material at an interval not less than 500mm throughout the length of TPN bus bar. The cubical incomer MCCB as well as outgoing shall have aluminium TPN extension links of current carrying capacity not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of individual feeder. The extension links shall not be less than300mm long supported on suitable "F" class insulator made on non hygroscopic, noncombustible, track resistant, high strength FRP/SMC/DMC material having provision for termination of incomer and outgoing cables. All inter connections between the main bus bar as well as outgoing feeder shall be carried out with TPN copper bus bar of rating not less than 1.5 times rated capacity of individual outgoing feeder & should be insulated with heat shrinkable PVC sleeves alongwith making connection with cable of size 70 Sqmm 3.5 core (approx length 24 RM) from APFC Panel to Main LT panel (Cable will not be measured and paid separately). All control wires shall be with 2.5 Sqmm multistranded copper conductors and shall be properly bunched, tied ferruled for proper identification and crimped with adequate size of copper lugs. The cubical shall have a bottom channel of size 75x40mm duly coated with zinc metal coating having thickness 2mm powder coated siemens grey natural RAL 7032 shade. An inner shell shall be of powder coated movable non ferrous chromium plated arm fitted on top side of inner shall be provided.
