Clearing grass and removal of the rubbish upto a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m, disposed earth to be leveled and neatly dressed. All kinds of soil.

Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in-equalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m. All kinds of soil.

Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (I/c equivalent design mix)

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note: Cement content considered in this item is @330 kg/cum. Excess/less cement used as per design mix is payable / recoverable separately). All works upto plinth level

Brick work with common burnt clay modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand)

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1 : 6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand)

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 1 : 6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Cold twisted bars

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering – All work up to plinth level : 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead for all leads including all lifts involved.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side upto seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. Note: This item to be used for maintenance work judicially, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centering, shuttering finishing and reinforcement - all work upto plinth level 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)
