Taking down chowkhats or frames not exc 1.5 sqm each(without taking off shutters from the frames), etc complete all as specificed and as per directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down, Chowkhats or frames exc 1.5 sq. m but n exc 4 sq. m each but with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame), etc complete all as specificed and as per directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down, Shutters of any description exc 1sqm but n.exc 2 sqm each, etc complete all as specificed and as per directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F pressed steel door frame 165 x 60mm with one or more rebats including fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate etc complete all as specified and directed

S&F pressed steel door frame 105 x 60mm with one or more rebats including fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded rushed stone aggregate) as in coping, filling in door frame etc. complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for Solid PVC door frame of size 50x47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS Square tube suppling and fixing in opening as per specification and drawing, etc complete all as specificed and as per directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, supplying & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing in SSR complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 45 x 70 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). ® Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of 30mm size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. (Note: stainless steel butt hinges and necessary S S screws shall be paid separately)
