Note: (a) Disconnection of HT cable connection from incoming and outgoing of exisiting Transformer complete including dismantling old Transformer and shifting to E/M store and meggering the cable and connecting existing cable with new cold shrinkable end joints including loop removal from trench deemed to be included in the quoted rates. One No of cable end joint indoor type for HT XLPE cable of 400 Sqmm is deemed to be included in the quoted rates and also connecting to the existing 11 KV SF6/VCB breakers. (b) For shifting of Old Transformer from MRS DMRL to AGE E/M No 1 Transportation like vehicle, crane / labour / Forke lift deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (c) The following works deemed to be included in the quoted rates: - (i) Tools & plants, safety devices like helmet, belt, Rain coat, HT/LT insulation gloves, earth rod, Megger etc shall be provided by contractor. (ii) Complete duct / trenches cleaning of trenches. (iii) After taking shutdown contractor should complete the commisioning of the Job within 24 hrs. (vi) Provn of civil works addition / alteration to exisiting foundation / plinth / Trenches for mounting of Transformer or making the new plinth complete as per site requirment. (v) Testing, calibration of relays / primary / secondary injection, testing the relays / submission of test report and control wiring / power wiring complete. (vi) Inspection testing of Transformer at factory premises prior to despatch shall be carried out by the representative or officer nominated by the Accepting Officer.
